The app doesn't give you any overview of all the classes for the week. You have to just scroll through each day individually. Can't book an induction for the gym in the app. There's no paper timetable available at the centre itself and when I popped in to ask, I was told "the app is really good", but that's just not the case. Councils should be trying to make leisure services accessible and this actually creates a barrier.
Awful app, not user friendly at all. Search then Click on an activity to find details, when you click back it takes you back to the home screen so you have to start your search again.
Very easy to use and to book sessions but no facility to cancel booked sessions when unable to come tried to ring to cancel slot in fitness suite last week but no answer other than that the app is brill
This app is not user friendly, it's virtually impossible to register, keeps saying I'm already registered (I've tried several different emails with the same results) so am unable to log in and book anything.
Good shame it dosnt cover all the centers in pembs u have to have app for each one .

As reported by others, it's downloaded in Welsh, and uninstalling and installing again, has not corrected. And I cannot see how and where I can change the language. Not impressed. And after trying to send an email to the developers to the provided email address to advise of the problem and ask how I can resolve; it has been returned as not deliverable because it has "restricted access". I can't think of a polite word or phrase to report in print the sheer incompetency.
Excellent App. easy to use.
Looks useful although I haven't been able to log in yet as I don't have a PIN. You need to select the leisure centre of your choice in your chosen language (Welsh or English) from "My Clubs" - each centre is listed twice, once in Welsh, then again in English. I will update my rating after I have managed to log in and book a class.
Brilliant for booking the gym and other services.
Only in Welsh and sadly I don't understand it.

App design, navigation options and overall user experience is absolutely terrible, scrap it and start from scratch, half the app being in English and the other half in Welsh is downright stupid.
I have to agree with others who find the lack of the more common language frustrating. It will either help us improve our Cymraeg or annoy us so much that we dump the app & join English nationalists!
The apps fine. I still cant pay though. The leisure was told was told about this issue with the payment site 2 years ago and nothing has happened.

Don't understand, can't find the English
The opening page is terrible green lettering on green background is not clear. Useless for anyone visually impaired,or who has learning difficulties. The pictures before were easier and clearer to see. The app itself is ok for booking as long as everything is ok, but trying to renew a membership at the moment and it says I have to renew by a certain date but it won't let me, this has happened many times before and can only be resolved by phoning the leisure centre.
