Pen Air FCU Mobile

So tired of this app crashing and the transfer button not working when I NEED to transfer money to my other accounts. I moved away from the Pen Air service area, but have kept the bank because I can use shared branching and the app makes life easier WHEN IT WORKS, which is becoming increasingly rare. It's incredibly buggy. And the inability to transfer funds when I need to has me about to rip my hair out at the moment.

This app constantly crashes.not sure if this app still has support or if it's just poorly designed but they're definitely needs to be some more attention dedicated. Don't believe what the developers tell you. There are still issues. Now it won't bring up any account info. Update 6/9/2020: Now we're completely locked out. App does not work at all.

So far so good! :)... NOT! What I said above is no longer valid. There's not a single print option in this app. If you want to even see or print out any transactions history from any account from your phone, especially if you're out of town... NOT GONNA HAPPEN. I called Pen Air Customer Service, and the lady said if I want to print out any trans. history from my phone... I have to do a bunch of screen shots & print them! WTH? Seriously? Major waste of ink! Definitely changing banks very soon!

I used to love the way the app was set up. Easy to read, see what was left to come out, etc. But since the recent change, it is very difficult to differentiate what has and hasn't been taken out. Please change it back. I never complain about Pen Air. Y'all are great; this change is NOT.

This app went from a 1 star rating to a 5!!! Great job fixing the bugs Pen Air!! Extremely easy to use app, simple transfers and Pen Air is all around amazing to bank with. I tell all of my friends and family that if they aren't banking with Pen Air, they are missing out!! I will never have to switch banks again, I've found my lifetime bank in Pen Air!!!

Very convenient, but it takes forever to get a good picture of a check when doing mobile deposit. I do mobile deposits of checks through another banks app and it takes about 30 seconds. This app requires I take the picture multiple times and it still has poor quality.

Mobile check deposit only works when it wants to. Most of the time it will take a picture then log you out of the app. If you're lucky enought to get it trying to take a picture of the back it is backwards and opposite in everyway. Definitely not user friendly ..

Camera not working after recent version. I only get portion of the screen that I can see but the camera is actually taking picture outside of the window displayed. Makes it really impossible to deposit a check without 10 or more attempts at taking a picture. No update shows available to download and it still does not work. Still not working. If it can't be fixed will have to close account as I am no longer local and mobile deposit is only means I have

Does most things really well. I do not like the change in the transactions UI. The old listing by date and smaller font (not bold) was so much better. The ability to schedule fund tfrs between separate accounts would be nice.

It crashes everytime I open the app. I have to close it out and reopen the app a lot. But over all it's okay. Im not sure if I can set something up to where it notifies me of a low balance in my checking so, if anyone knows please inform me. Thanks!

Compared to my other banking apps, Pen Air has way less options and is not very user friendly. Also, chat is only available during business hours and, even then, very difficult to speak to an agent.

At least once a week I can't log in or my account information isn't visible and/or app functions aren't working. They're always doing site maintenance but nothing ever gets fixed. It's not only the mobile app, the website on a PC has the same issues.

Very mediocre app. Not user friendly. Logged me out in the middle of depositing a check and made it difficult for me to find my account # info which I had to write on the back of the check. Also login verification not efficient. Not horrible, but not good either.

Smooth mobile deposits! I am on the other side of America right now & they have sister branches here that I use when I need personal attention and they are just as great as the employees there in Gulf Breeze. Way to go Pen Air for all you do to accommodate us even when we are miles apart! Stay safe and keep doing all you do it isnt going unnoticed! Update: Something is different with the mobile deposit capture. It isn't as easy as it was prior.... Please try to fix the bugs.

Was ok but must have updated and everyone knows when systems update they start h ax ving all kinds of problems like not posting deposits and not showing transactions. Now this morning couldn't log in for hours so i deleted the app and trying to download it again and it won't download. They need to fix it or I'm switching banks.

This is the best app I have used from any financial institution. One suggestion is, instead of having to transfer to pay my credit card, have a Pay button on the summary page. No problem now but it was a little confusing when I first used it. Keep up the good work.

Pen Air FCU Mobile makes bill pay extremely easy. I can transfer money to family members, and easily transfer money to another financial institution. After moving away, I thought I would have to leave PenAir and get a credit union in my new town but the app makes it so that I always have access to my money in one way or another if I need to move it. Thanks PenAir!

Easy to transfer! I love this app! Easy to set up, easy to pay bills, easy to deposit! It walks you through step by step! I might add that Pen Air as a whole is so much better than my other bank!

I always have a positive experience on this app. I can do all my banking done on it. Tranfering money is easier than ever with my PenAir bank app. I recommend this Credit Union and App. Thank You Pen Air for always adhearing to high standards.

So I set up my username and password and that's as far as it's letting me get. It keeps telling me to confirm my identity with the "Call Me" button as the only option. After I press it, it calls me and I press 1 to confirm my identity. After that I go back to the app and it's on the "Connecting To You" screen and that's it! When I hit the back button or close the screen, it keeps prompting me to cancel or start over! I've tried this 4 times and I'm frustrated!! I'm trying to access my account!!

The new update deleted the fingerprint sign in option. I hate the new update. Will probably stop using the app which means I'm gonna have to change banks cause I need a banking app that allows me to sign in with my fingerprint. It's a stupid idea, taking choices away from us.

Depositing a check still is hit and miss, especially trying to capture the back of the check. Other than that, I really like the app, it's user friendly, easy to navigate and use.

Since the last update I can no longer look for deposit or any transaction type I need to. I can not look for a period in my account history to verify or find any information I need. So I no longer like the app its only good to see what is currently going on in your account.

I like the app but the check deposit feature needs a lot of work, especially the part where you have to take a picture of the endorsement. Very fustrating!

I like being able to adjust $ in accounts. Easy to use and feel very secure using online.

Ever since the update I have been unable to access anything from the app, it lets me sign in then comes to a screen that says "invalid pin" but us still signed in with blank accounts page.
