Online Registration Flow

Online registration can be done 1 day to 30 days before the day of the visit.
BPJS patients must bring their special BPJS Cards and Referral Letter.
After filling out the registration form, you will get a booking code.
You can print the registration slip and SEP (for patients BPJS) via Enrollment Platform Independent without going through the registration window.
