When i transfer money between accounts it keeps saying retrieving infirmation, i can not log out, i must close window, log back in to make sure it went through. I always does, but very frustering. Otherwise great app, easy to use.
Really user friendly. I love this app except for, I wish it had a few more features with text notifications, such as being able to get notice everytime a withdrawal happens, being able to get balance daily.
Easy to navigate, but I don't like the way it displays the individual accounts now. Hard to see what days the checks or withdrawals occurred.
It should have an option for me to see my account number and routing number since I need those to make a check deposit on the app. I also was unable to see far back in my history of statements, which I don't like. But its otherwise prdtty user friendly.
Very glitchy app. Hard to do mobile deposits and they take forever to show up and post in your account. Much longer than other banks I use. Its annoying.
This app crashes when I don't allow it to run in the background. I don't use any of the features that would need it to do so. I don't allow apps to unnecessarily run in the background. This app can't handle that. I have to uninstall reinstall just to use it.
Poorly designed password reset tool just locks your account because it doesn't work. Sends you temporary passwords that don't do anything (and get you locked out due to invalid password errors), and that's if it calls you in the first place.
This update has caused me nothing but problems I can no longer use venmo etc your stupid messages shortcut kicks me out of app instantly. You have yet to get a correct read on my transfers or account balances honestly I don't know if I can stay with a bank who can use such experimental tech. Also your customer service employees are highly uneducated yet think that pretending they are highly knowledgeable and customers are either cognitively impaired or just morons will keep them from having to..
I use several banks. This is the worst for mobile deposits. The app reduces the quality so much you have to take multiple images in hopes 1 will work.
works very well to search, track transactions for multiple accounts. one addition that would be appreciated would be to add notes to transactions and transfers to personalize a bit more
I like the new feature where it takes the picture automatically. Most of the time it works like a charm. Makes life so much easier. Thank you.
Easy to pay bills and transfer money between accounts. Feels secure. Saves a lot of time compared to writing checks.

I love my bank..... Penn Community is the best bank. The staff are friendly, and very transparent. No run arounds, no putting you on hold forever. I love their personal approach to me, and my questions, and needs.

made photo for mobile deposit very difficult. bad update to your app. takes too long to process.
Took 3x to deposit check. Needs improvements. App still needs improvement. Depositing on line was frustrating.
great app, easy to use. only had an issue until they updated everything so now all features work on my phone
What's not to love about a tool that makes your life so much easier? It's wonderful to be able to make a check deposit to your account without ever having to leave your house, let alone how easy it is to check balances, move money, etc.
Mobile deposit functionality is a scan instead of a picture and is clunky to use compared to other banks
App isn't as professional as other banks. Have to jump through hoops to deposit checks and bankers lie to you.
Always error to display information when transfering from one account to the other always a huge issue

Dont like that I cant transfer from one of my business accounts to the other. I dislike the mobile deposite max of 10,000 dollars. I dont like the 20,000 monthly max for mobile deposite. I love the people at penn community bank I hate the online app.
easy, user friendly, secure, fast & convenient
Simply cannot mobile deposit checks. I've tried everything. It will not recognize the endorsement. Update 9/19/20: I've updated the app a few times. Still having this issue. Front side of check scans fine. Back side always gives me an error message. Update 6/17/21: still doesn't work and app developer doesn't seem to care.
