Can't even give it one star. It worked ok first month, but won't even open now. Few times it would open, it kept stalling and closing. Keep spending feedback, but app doesn't change. uninstalled it. Have to pay bill through full online site. Very inconvenient and frustrating. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Broken and in need of a critical update. For well over a year the app crashes after first use. It also no longer recognizes my policy for payment when it does work that first time. Pass on the app and use the website.
This app and insurance is awful... the app never works and they seem to always add more to my payment... they have poor communication among each other when I call to complain about the app and my bill, I always get a different story....I recommend not to use this company!!!!!
App crashes every time I try to log in. Deleted and reinstalled multiple times and still the same issue. Problems are big enough that I'm looking into switching insurance companies.
I'm sitting broke down on the road. Downloaded this app. When I click a tow company details it won't open the link and when I click directions it searched 36 miles away... the tow company is located 2 miles down the road but the app doesn't know that. Just Google a tow company cause this app is beyond garbage.
App is terrible. When you try using the app, you can't get the phone screen to show you the continue button. When you try and pay by phone, they charge you!
Your app is garbo. I've tried to make it work several times and it doesn't retain any of my policy information or allow me to do anything besides log in and look at a blank screen.
This app use to work, not it wont even load. Now you have to call in and make a payment so they can charge you more. Get your app working or I'll find a new carrier.

Not a very useful app, very difficult to login, can't copy/paste credentials from pw manager, the doesn't allow you to change anything, you basically have to call your agent for everything, what's the point of the app then? I guess it's an uninstall
I created an account but it's not letting me login on the app
It won't let me make a payment by credit card though. Please fix that and I will give 5 stars..... new update fixed this gave 5 stars
And nothing you don't. Great app all around! It's solid and user friendly. Even comes with an option for weather alerts - I like it as an option!
**Update: doesnt work at all now and wont log me in at all. Will be uninstalling. Worked great in the beginning to pay your bill on line. Now, when trying to pay on the app it automatically fills in your account # and you have to enter your email before being directed to pay area. Prefilled account # isn't recognized even though its prefilled and correct and can't change it. Email isn't recognized either when its correct also.
