I have downloaded, uninstalled and re downloaded this app 3 times, and every time I attempt to go to manage my tickets, an error pops up, "your internet connection appears to be offline" and locks up. First season for all digital ticketing and your own app does not work. All other online functions work fine so I know it does get connected. Help.
Absolutely terrible. It's impossible to sign in as instructed when the "forgot password" option doesn't send an email or actually do anything for that matter. Just a tip... if it's not broke dont fix it. Physical tickets were much easier and less infuriating.
Horrible! App updated 2 weeks ago and hasn't worked since. It crashes when you try to open it. Even uninstalled and reinstalled, same thing. This happened last year as well. Took them almost 2 months to fix it last time. I'm running a Galaxy S7.
Every time I attempt to manage my tickets, I get a message. "YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION APPEARS TO BE OFFLINE". I am not offline. Been trying for several days to access tickets purchased. No good. This is after I registered my account and changed password per the system request. Now I am unable to login to ticketmaster, says invalid password. I give up! No one to resolve the issue. Have Uninstaller and reinstalled app, Same problem.
For over a month now (since another update) the app will not open, keeps crashing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it still will not open. I sent a report as well and have heard nothing. How are we suppose to be able to get our mobile tickets for sporting events?!?!
The app is not easy to use at all. Penn state athletics is linked to ticketmaster for mobile ticketing but I am not able to log into the app with the same log in as the website. I had to create a new account which is useless because my tickets only show up on the website now instead of the app.
The site is hard to navigate. The football schedules are hard to find. There is too much extraneous content. All I want is to find the football schedules and game times and broadcast stations. I don't need to see every sport that exists at Penn State.
Horrible. Worst app I have ever experienced. Took me weeks to download the app and now I have spent hours trying to access my tickets and still don't have them. I use airline, restaurant and car rental apps so this is not a user issue. The AD should be fired for this mess.
The app notifies you that a game is over, but when you click on the notifications you can't find the score. Major frustration! Update: Menu by team not working for the past week.
I been getting season tickets for 50 years but not this year. Your ticket policy is much too difficult for me too navigate. The IT person that set this system up has no clue of the capability of many of Nittany loin fans. Technology is good but not in this case.
App does not work. Keeps crashing when i try toopen it. I see this has been an issue and i dont see a fix. Whats going on. I would like to keep up with my PSU sports and now i cant. Dissappointing
How can a university with the smartest people in the country create a app that doesn't work for football. And do away with paper tickets. Can not access my tickets. Just a blank screen. Have to uninstall and reinstall to work 1 time.
Most articles do not load, on galaxy s21 and iPad. I get a screen with a date and a bunch of horizontal gray bars. Did all the recommend fixes, to no avail.
Good idea to make an app but even though it claims to allow you to sell your tickets it does not. The program is coded so that your tickets must be listed in a numerical order. That works for most stadiums but not Beaver Stadium.
Horrible & useless. Will not show me my tickets. Either shows grey screen when asked to show barcode, or says I have no tickets. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling multiple times without success. Have to use website and save to GPay.
It won't link to my ticketmaster account no matter how many times I try, uninstall, restart the app, etc. This is an epic failure.
You need to make sure you have your ticket loaded on your phone before you try to get into the game or you're not going to be able to load it due to poor service. Desperately needs to add the ability to transfer tickets to Google or Samsung pay like ios users can.
Can not access my ticket master, it just takes me to a gray screen. I can't get my ticket open, how am I supposed to get into football games when an app that doesn't work is the only option.

Wasted hours over last two days trying to access my tickets to attend events I paid goid money to attend. Makes trying to attend otally unenjoyable. Useless app. Done with buying season tickets and dealing with this app.
Absolutely ridiculous, app breaks on gameday. Tells you your login info is wrong when it works on the website. I've about had it with this app and the mobile tickets
it's not letting me sell my indiana tickets that at the last minute can no longer attend. i refresh, exited the app, came back in, and it's still giving me the same error...
Everytime I attempt to log in I have to reset my password.... I wrote it down! I know what it is, but the app doesn't! 🤬🤬🤬
App worked fine to manage my tickets for the first four games of the season. Now it's useless. When I try to manage my tickets from the app, I get a blank screen with no ability to do anything except back out of the screen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app with the same results. Now I have to log into Ticketmaster directly to access my tickets.
