Infuriating online ordering experience. I went through the process of getting everything setup to order only to find that when it came time to submit the order, the page would spin for a second and never actually submit my order. There was no error message of any kind. Happened on both WiFi and Mobile Data. I will think twice before wasting more time trying to order through the app again. My past rewards experience has been good, which is why it received two stars instead of one.

Battery Drainer (sometimes). Can run in the background even when you haven't opened it all day and can be the number one battery drainer according to my phone. I also get stuck in sign in loops. Finally, it does not allow Google to save the password, so you have to enter it manually each and every time you want to use the app - and it's always asking me to sign back in. Really, downloading this app has caused me to go to Penn Station less.

Upon downloading this app, I've thought of it as being a time saver. It really isn't, when you open it the first time around, it works fine, but the second time around it calls my pick up later order invalid. I'd have to uninstall, and reinstall to make it work. Then when I do get it to work, my order won't go through. Saying my card is invalid. Long story short, dont waste your time with this app until they work out the bugs in the android verison.

It was a great app but for whatever reason, it no longer works and all my reward points disappeared. They should have sent an email at least to warn registered users they were doing away with the rewards program and app. Kind of a dick move, Penn Station! I had quite a bit of points and lost them all, just because their only warning they were shutting it down was on the app itself.

I updated my credit card info, then proceeded with my order, selected my credit card, tapped "confirm"... and, nothing happened. Then I closed out the app (not force-stopping it, which is different). When I reopened the app, it wouldn't let me do anything and just kept prompting me with a "we're sorry!" error message. And since my rewards are linked to the app and there's no way for an individual restaurant to pull up my account info, I couldn't redeem my rewards. App needs a lot of improvement

Horrible app. Crashes multiple times before i can even put an order in. When I finally get to ordering I get all the way though my order, enter my payment information and when I hit confirm, nothing happens. This has been over a year I have had this issue. I even contacted support and they told me nothing that helped. Multiple times I have given up and ate something else because their app malfunctions. Easy to navigate, but doesn't mean much when I can't use it to complete an order.

The navigation can be kind of backwards on the app. First it told me I couldn't redeem the free french fries until I showed the bar code to the person in the store, but that doesn't make sense if you want to get the fries onto the order. Then to add the expiration of my credit card it doesn't let you just type in the date, you have to scroll through every month and then through every year. Then if you don't pick a day of the month, it puts you back at the beginning and you have to start all o

Earning and redeeming rewards is great. But ordering food through the app doesn't work. "Invalid request" message pops up when selecting time for order. I have to uninstall and reinstall to fix that issue. Once I get to final step and confirm the order, nothing happens. I end up calling anyway.

Can only use app to redeem points. Get invalid request when choosing to do an online order. Attempted to enter my CC details to see if that was the issue. Couldn't enter the CC expiration date. A calendar pops up and if I forward to the correct year it still inputs this year. Restarted the app, could finally order, but I can't complete my order. Considering Penn station doesn't have a drive thru and customers can't go inside now's your time to shine app developers

This app is great to use, super easy, and extremely convienient if you're out of cell service range. But I would like to make a suggestion to the ordering process. The app needs to be updated, so that customers can tailor their subs to their specifications. Like me, I would like to add banana peppers and tomatoes to my sub, but am unable to do so through the app. If nothing else I would like my suggestion acknowledged. Thx

Great app for remembering our orders and getting reward points to use towards future orders. The interface worked great on android. Unfortunate move made by corporate to remove the app without notice. Many folks lost their reward points and now have to wait for a person to pick up the phone. Good luck with all of the order losses as most folks don't call anymore and the food services like grubhub and doordash becoming less and less significant as the covid vaccines are in full swing.

Terrible app! This app has been broken for months. I carefully typed in all my required information including my CC number. I filled in my sandwich selection. At checkout it asks my telephone number, CC number and address. I fill in all the required information. Press the button to complete my order. The screen on my phone just flashes. Does not do anything but flash on.the same page over and over. So I changed over to the Jimmy John's app and made an order. In less than a minute I was done.

The app simply doesn't work when trying to order through it. It will either say it's an invalid selection or it will let you get all the way to confirming checkout and then just spin briefly and return to the same page. It made sure to use my lemons though for selected rewards even though the order didn't go through.

I love Penn Station, never have any issues with them. However, the app is terrible. Constantly have to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work properly, but now I can't even place an order because it refuses to believe I have selected an item to order. Needs to be updated, badly.

its a very bad app. it crashes and doesnt function for ease. i can not even place my order online. it wont go to the check out screen. in a world where quick and easy is the way to go this is not the app for you. it makes things more difficult and not user friendly. sometimes simple is best and this app is not simple at all.

It's cool, there are some bugs that still need to be fixed though. It been buffering a lot more lately and it wont allow me to repeat a past order. It also doesn't allow me to put in orders that I forgot to use the app so I can still get points. The only way I can order a chicken philly is either calling or wait until it's the sub of the month otherwise it doesn't give me an option to change out the philly cheesesteak for chicken.

Spent time entering an order for 4. When I finished, hit button to send order and nothing happened. Tried several times. No error message. Just a quick spin of a circle and back to the screen. So now I'm waiting for my food instead of having it ready when I got here. Disappointing.

App use to let you work out an order then when it came time to hit pay wouldn't go through, but lately it has got much worse sadly. Now when you go to pick a time and place for your order you recieve an error. At least before I could build an order and see the price still never been able to actually hit purchase though. Sad because this my favorite food and it would be nice to build a order on my phone vs calling and interrupting a worker...

Yesterday I downloaded the app and spent 10 minutes placing the perfect order. (tooong.) My confirmation email said it would be ready at 1:26pm. Got there and store was closed! Credit card has been charged. Called store today and they are unable to give refund or fix the order. I would have to reorder and play again! Said I have to call my credit card to get my money back. Big hassle and I have given Penn station wonderful reviews the past several years. Very sad ☹️

Email support was super responsive! They replied to my middle-of-the-night issue which was just adding credit to my account for a sub purchased as a guest. They took care of it quickly, without question and were very personable to boot. Responsive, helpful support like this is almost non-existent in today's landscape. Well done!

The app, despite some trouble in the beginning, works well. It has some flaws in its design, but overall it is easy to navigate. I wish the coupons that were labeled in your rewards were easier to use when ordering on the app.

Cannot place an online order. I have tried multiple times on multiple occasions and the app says it is an "invalid request" when I try to place a time to order. This happens weather I choose a time in 10 minutes or 2 hours, it also happens when I use the now option. The fact that every answer for bad reviews is copied and pasted is very discouraging. Management please review you app development staff.

i want the app to work. it seems like i need to completely log out and log back in to use it. i have stepped out of line several times just to wait for the app to log in or load up. i love your subs, not a fan of rewards app. will load it back up in a few months to see if it improves. keep working on it.
