PennMobile

The official app of the University of Pennsylvania. Designed to be the one-stop location for all of Penn's services, including course information search, dining hall hours and menus on demand, Penn student and professor emails, and live bus routes around campus. Penn Mobile was designed by students in Penn Labs to make your school life simpler. You will always know where your new classes are, and will never have to trek to Hill in the snow before realizing lunch is over. Stop hunting for professors’ emails on the web. Did you know that you can take a bus from DRL to 40th street? You’ll love all that Penn Mobile has to offer, and what it looks like, too. Enjoy.

* Course search and details
* Penn Directory
* Dining halls, hours, and menus

I use it primarily for checking if hill is open on holidays and if anyone is using the laundry machine in my dorm.... it's good for that.

Keeps showing yesterday's menu and not today's . The rest seems to be OK though.

Loading of the transit map is very laggy and slow. The in app browser to see the dp and other news sources is also extremely laggy.

This app truly fills a gap for students on Penn's campus. My favorite feature is the dining menu. So much easier than having to log on to Penn's Dining website every time I want to see what's for dinner.

As someone who doesn't use apps regularly, this app provides no compelling reason for me to use it. The news section takes a while to load--it's faster for me to just pull up The Street or The DP in my browser. Most importantly, the app fails when I try to use the back button--instead of bringing you back to your previous search results or the news section you were at, it takes you back to the home screen. Totally not fun if you accidentally click the wrong thing. The back button is an essential part of any Android user's experience, and this app fails to take that into account.
