Trying to cancel. I have been trying to cancel this subscription for months now. They emailed me the directions and when I follow them it's not listed as an option to cancel it. But they dont mind taking this out of my bank acct each month. I shouldn't have to pay for the news.
This newspaper could not manage a subscription account if it had to. By the way... never order through Google app... the PNJ only sees a sale to Google, they have no idea who you are if there is a problem. The fourth time in five years that I have cancelled the subscription to their inability to deliver the product regardless of the platform.
When I can access, the app is fine. Why is it telling me that I have reached the limit on free articles, then prompts me to subscribe?! I'm already subscribed!
The app sends me notifications, then requests me to log in. Every. Single. Day. Just recently started. Very irritating. Also, gannett apparently doesn't answer support e-mails.
I'm having the worst experience with this app! I am a subscriber and I have to relog on every single time. Yes, I'm marking "remember me"!!
Totally non-functional can't sign in. Won't take Email/Password or Google account sign-in, but get an error stating use Google+ to sign-in. Google+ doesn't exist anymore!!!!¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Login always fails. I can't believe their website and this app have constant login problems and yet they do nothing to resolve it. Why?
Each day as I enter the app I am prompted to add my password. It doesn't save it. Inconvenient!
Wow... $6.99 a month? What a waist of money. It's 2019, why are articles from 2017 still showing up? I presume they are used to fill in sections to make up for a lack of content. Spelling and grammar errors all over the place.
The app keeps blocking me from reading without paying more, even though I am signed in as a paid subscriber.
Now broken worse than ever! When you're already signed in it goes into an infinite loop asking you to sign in again.
Not able to sign in at all! Horrible technology. I don't trust this company.

I am a news junkie & like to know what's going on in my hometown. You only get an abbreviated bit of the news. Downside is the liberal bias by the "cartoonist".

When we moved to Pensacola about 25 years ago, I was told that Pensacola is a conservative, hamburger town. From my perspective, I don't believe that the PNJ understands the market that they are in given all of the left-wing article that they promote as well as the very left cartoonist that very often offend you're conservative readership, your customers in Pensacola. If you had any real competition, you would be out of business. I certainly would not be taking the PNJ if there was another alter

Nope! The Last Update Caused you to read only PART OF THE STORY, before being told you must PAY. NOPE! WEAR TV3 is free AND so is FACEBOOK and has the same content. If it wasn't ridiculously expensive, I might do it. But... NOPE, not playing silly games, RUDE!! BESIDE, I end up following the ADS & wasting time. UNINSTALLED!!
Not going to pay for full stories from your 3rd rate paper when I can get complete stories from Washington Times, WSJ and other credible news sources for free.

App needs to be updated everytime I launch the app now it just flashes between black and white and won't function
