You have to manually select each pension provider from a long drop down list after doing your own research either from Gov sites, or from old paperwork you may still have. Basically, customers do all the research, and app asks the current pension provider to transfer to Pension Bee pot. It seems another app from Google play actually finds missing or affiliated pensions using your tax information, which is a better option for complete peace of mind? As I have probably forgot half my employers.
Really easy app to use, everything is clear on the app and the slider bars for current projections etc is interesting to see exactly how my plan is performing, when I first joined I was pleasantly surprised as to how easy it was to transfer all my other pensions across!
Great to see all your pension pot all in one place. When I started working it was not mandatory to have a work place pension but now it is. Make the most of your money by making your hard earned money work for you. it is very very simple to use and can be changed in required it also gives the option to pay in more if you want to do so.
Over a year trying to add pensions! Got told uninstall and re-install .... maybe if I also take out the batteries give them a rub and turn them around aswell 🤦♂️ (typical "tech specialist" answer!)
Have been with PensionBee about Year and mostly happy. Recently the app has stopped working I just get a message saying log in failed. Have tried reinstalling the app but same result. I can still log in on desktop pc.
It's saying I need to update the app but when I go to the play store it's not letting me update it so now I can't get into the app even when I delete it and download it again it's still the same can you let me know what to do please
Frustrating , I want a pension, downloaded the app. Signed in. They said they will contact me before contribution. No contact. Emailed no answer. Online chat not available. Tried phone no answer. Twitter not very useful answer.
Bordering on harassment. I signed up to the app, wanted to read further and understand it. Didn't go through with combining the pensions because I realised many of mine were occupational pensions. Wanted to go and do some more research to make a decision. In the meantime, in the space of 7-8 days they BOMBARDED me with 5 sales and marketing emails. Stupid ones too, 'have you ever changed jobs?'. And 'combine your pensions with pensionbee!' I mean come on, spam much? I will be cancelling.
This app is literally just to transfer your existing pension schemes into one new scheme with pension bee. If like me, you don't have details of your previous pension providers over the last 20 years worth of jobs just don't even bother with this app. It won't find them for you. Advertising is misleading to say the least. I'm not sure what problem you actually solve?
Not so good been waiting over a year to sort out transfers still nothing. They do keep updating me lol 😆 but nothing done
Can't gain access without a lot of difficulty and then they look to charge you 20% for transfer rates of pensions while you do all the work with the apps dashboard! Much better off hiring an accountant for a month which would be a nominal fee and I get to keep my pensions I have accumulated over the years. What a scam you're running!
The app just does not load. I had already signed up and logged in but it now opens, shows the PIN entry screen for two seconds and then goes on to show a yellow screen. It's unusable!
Easy to use and good so far, but was meant to receive £25 for switching and never did
Downloaded the app months ago. My transfer is still at 20% and it feels like I am doing everything myself. PensionBee unable to locate my pension with the old provider - I fixed it. PensionBee unable to get the documents sent to them, but instead they get sent to my address.......not received them yet. Which address they have been sent to since I changed address last year? Boh, but now again is my turn to fix it. Useless 22/12 update: still nothing and 0 support received
Very good, now I can see all my pensions in one lump sum, very helpful staff too 😃.
Great app really easy to use and there is always someone on hand to help.
Good little app, have all my pensions together and can see what's in there. Only downside is they don't make it easy to add money from your bank account eg trying tomfind sort code etc. Customer service is good as well
Very slow app. .My pension pot has always been smaller than the contributions.
The app advertises it's functionality as a "combine your pension" app. What it actually does is transfer all of your current pensions into a PensionBee pension! This is NOT clearly advertised. I would advise to stay very clear of this app, if all you want to do is combine your pension.
Can't even register, it doesn't recognise any of the postcodes I've typed in!

Brilliant for combining all your old pensions can't fault it simple and easy. Investment wise it's not great, even with events over last two years I'm actually in the minus, my stock and shares Isa is over 10% and rode the storm unlike this pension, my other pensions are still doing good.
Current version of the app is broken. I briefly see the form to fill my pin before a blank yellow screen. Completely unusable. Edit: Even after following advice and uninstalling then reinstalling I get the same behaviour
Even after reinstalling it's very hit and miss. It starts with a blank yellow screen and I have to try restarting to get the PIN screen to appear.
Really can't understand the negative reviews, having transfered 4 pensions to Pension Bee I found the whole process to be very simple and help was always on hand if needed. As for people complaining that their balance fluctuates, do they not know that it did that in their original pension? PB just makes it easy to see on a decent user friendly app.
The app is very good, it is the pension companies which are a pain to follow up especially if you have changed your name at any point during your career. App and service works great otherwise, very impressed.
Terrible, I've been waiting over a year for them to sort out the transfer, provided all details and even followed up with contact to get absolutely nowhere with them! Don't bother, they obviously can't be bothered!
