Pentecostal Bible Study
Pentecostalism is a brand of evangelical Protestantism and emerged in the early 20th century in the United States.
Protestantism is a form of Christian faith originated by the Protestant Reformation and includes several denominations as Lutheranism, Pentecostalism, Anglicanism, Baptists, Methodism, evangelical, charismatics and others.
There are now over 250 million Pentecostals worldwide and the movement is growing every day in USA, Latin America, Africa and South Korea. Pentecostalism comprises a large number of independent churches, including the Assemblies of God.
Pentecostalism places emphasis on a direct personal experience of God through the baptism with the holy spirit.
The Term Pentecost is derived from Pentecost, the Greek name for the Jewish Feast of weeks. For Christians the Pentecost commemorates the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the followers of Jesus. The day of Pentecost is the unique visit of the Holy Spirit to the earth.
Pentecostalism emphasize in the reliability of the Bible and adhere to the Bible's divine inspiration and inerrancy.
Like other Protestant Bibles, the Pentecostal Bible comprises 39 books of the Old Testament (according to the Jewish Hebrew Bible canon) and 27 books of the new Testament, for a total of 66 books. This Pentecostal Version of the Holy Book excludes the seven books approved by the Catholic Church and considered non-canonical by Protestant.
The Old Testament consist of: Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers,Deuteronomy, Joshua, Judges, Ruth, 1 Samuel, 2 Samuel, 1 Kings, 2 Kings , 1 Chronicles, 2 Chronicles, Ezra, Nehemiah, Esther, Job, Psalms, Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, Song of Solomon, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Lamentations , Ezekiel, Daniel, Hosea, Joel, Amos, Obadiah, Jonah, Micah, Nahum, Habakkuk, Zephaniah, Haggai, Zechariah, Malachi.
The New Testament consists of: Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, The Acts, Romans, 1 Corinthians, 2 Corinthians, Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians, 1 Thessalonians, 2 Thessalonians, 1 Timothy, 2 Timothy, Titus, Philemon, Hebrews, James, 1 Peter, 2 Peter, 1 John, 2 John, 3 John, Jude, Revelation.

As a believer in the teachings of the Pentecostal belief, I was very pleased to find a Bible app that follows those beliefs. Although I know there will be others than Pentecostals in Heaven, this is an easy to use app that follows the beliefs God has sewn in my heart, and helps me on my spiritual journey daily! Easy to read and understand the words
I've been getting a very strange notification for the app---lots of ++++++,and ????? and other symbols. Has anyone else seen this?
I absolutely love this app and I love the daily verses they send me that somehow a lot of the time seem to be exactly what I need to read for that day. I also love how easy it is to learn and understand the bible better by using this app. Always an uplifting experience reading the Word of God!!!
Everything in this app Bible is to the point ! I love the way YAHWEH is here in this text, like how the Bible is supposed to be friends !! Only ONE GOD, not a false trinity as some would have you believe. READ DEUTERONOMY 6:4-7...In your choice Christian translation, it says CLEARLY, the same as this Bible : " The Lord your GOD is One Lord...
Only been studying an hour find it very easy to use. The ads are not overwhelming and do not interrupt your study!
The Bible is very easy, simple to read and understand. There are lots of functions within the text that I've not seen in the other Bible apps.
This app is amazing for extra information which we have to search in other books but in this app we don't need to search much as well as we can make our own notes in this all. I have not seen such a beautiful Bible app yet. So God bless app makers.
Needs a search capability. I love this Pentecostal app. I am a Pentecostal and appreciate the information it provides for me. It really needs a search capability, I am an older gentleman and need to find my information more quickly. Thanks for creating this app.
i love this app. not only can i read my bible every day, but it also lets me set up for bible study every day. it sends me a reminder for my time. along with scriptures to read.
I love this app. It is good for study and referencing. It helps me in my daily devotion and can enlighten your understanding on many things.
Good work done. Simple in use. I suggest you update the word search. It's hard searching for words. You may include search in the entire Bible instead of book by book.

I really liked when I was able to post daily scripture provided by this app to Facebook. That feature no longer seems to be available. Very disappointing.

I found this bible as simple and comprehensible. Giving explanations to every word with the lowest meaning.
I recently updated your Pentecostal Bible Study Bible app. You made some changes that makes it harder to add notes to a verse. 1.) You removed the button to go down another row to start another sentence.2.) You removed the "add a note" to a verse after it has been highlighted. Now I have to tap verse so a box comes up to add a note, then go back and highlight it. I ask that you would restore those functions as they were. Thank you.
