This app is fine until you want to take a photo of your mobile deposit. Takes numerous tries to get a photo that is clear or if the entire check. Never had issues until the most recent 2 app updates. Really frustrating!! Please improve the check capture!
Had lots of trouble taking pictures of my mobile deposit check. Your camera doesn't have any guidelines as to where the check is supposed to be centered to take a good picture. Took at least 10- 15 tries getting an acceptable picture for deposit. NEVER experienced that on any other bank mobile deposit apps. What's up with that????
Overall it's an easy to use app for banking. I wish the picture that is captured for a mobile deposit was better. It comes out as a terrible, illegible black and white photo.
Performs all the functions that I need on a regular basis. No frills, which is a plus in my book. Reliable and great at what it does.
This app makes banking so much easier. Very happy I signed up! It's extremely easy to use and I love having everything all in one place and east to access.

So far my experience with this bank is much superior to my other two banks in every way. Diligent people friendly tellers. It's centuryly located off of highway. It's right next to Minnie Mall. Plenty of free parking. In superior customer service.
So far so good. Everything with the app has been working well. Super convenient.
The only thing that would improve this app is if mobile deposits had a reminder of what needs to be written on the back of the check in order to go through.
App is perfect for this bank. They are both easy to use and understand!

This has been a lifesaver with this pandemic going on. I am able to transfer money and pay my bills from home. I love this. I haven't left my house for 3 weeks now only to take a walk outside and down my street. Thanks so much.

Love to finally be able to use mobile check deposit as a business owner
Opened an account last week. Called the 978 number on the card. That lady's miserable, unhelpful attitude, did NOT go un noticed! I can't get my account balance or any of my information to set up the mobile app, and after my last experience, I'm not sure I want to. Setting up the account was a breeze. But if I'm going to get that miserable attitude every time I need help, I'll gladly go somewhere else!! That lady needs a class on customer service and respect!
