upd: It became better ~6 months ago. It hangs and crashes constantly, and dares to ask constantly how do I like the app. When I write review in the app, I get response by email with suggestion to try different phone or Android version... I don't remember when I got payment from the Pekao for the QA activities.
Good app. Please, mind all languages in app. Don't forget to update contents to fullt support in language which app has. Needs a check whole app for a better support english. Thanks.
Useless app, unless you need to check balance on your account ( because you can't at ATM). Response time is like medieval time courier on the horse. Apparently you can do a lot on an app ( to avoid even bigger mess with customer service #) but it's a illusion. This system is many many years of experience and improvements behind civilized banking places and it's sad that's a major bank in Poland...unless you absolutely need to use it, try avoided by ALL MEANS!!!!
No support for tablets - only phones. For example ING Bank has much better interface.
After the update, the app became very user friendly. Especially for English speakers.
Finally new version is fine. Quite easy to use. Everything in one place: ) I am used to new interface.
Everything looks good. One thing could you please add pop up messages on account events? Like withdraw money, income etc. UPD: It's been 5th month since I asked. Any updates?
Still not fully translated to English. As standard should not have balance showing up at login, but only as option after. Apart from that, looking as a good update. Sad that no more tablet android/ipad app version. After sometime using the app decided to move for 2 stars. The only thing here different is the design. The apps fails to load frequently. Can't see history or credit card details for example. Stays loading and loading and nothing. Previous version was full English and very functional.
Good functionality but really requires complete bilingual interface in English. If one used the previous versions, he / she might be aquainted with what each part of the interface does, but for a new user who does not speak Polish it can be quite disorienting not to have a complete English vers (+DE & FR) Five stars because i know the app is good, just needs a bit of work on translating the Polish. I have been using the app for almost three years now and I am quite happy with it.
Good application. It would be nice, once you choose English language, to receive all messages/ letters and calls from bank in English. I hope this will be improved in the future 🙂
Works fine. For the basic needs like transfering money, getting the exchange rate, and blik. All, the other things going on, I do not know because I do not speak polish
I'm new to this application and still learning how to navigate through. But I'm glad that living outside of Poland and EU, l can pay my 💸 bills. Also I like other options that application allow me to do and not worry to have no cash on me, or ATM 🏧 around.
Very convenient and user friendly.
Previous version of the app; with circular interface was intuitive and easy to use. I would easily give it 5 🌟. The new one is laggy, confusing, ugly, all over the place really. It takes me double the time to do anything. I hope this gets reversed soon. It used to be the best bank app; now it's just like the others if not worse. 2 stars

The PeoPay app had recently improved a lot, but this latest build is a step back. It is very "unfinished". This is essentially a new program and the coders were even too lazy to set the name of the app. It currently appears, not as PeoPay, but as Sdk (software development kit) and is recognizable only by its icon. Some functions have been lost or are too hard to find (financial analysis) and the translated version contains serious grammar errors.
Very difficult experience following the latest update. Complicated UI with swipe gestures which clash with Android UI navigation. Swiping for messages and difficulty removing them is a pain. Issues with app functionality inducing difficulty making payments (suddenly Blik not working) and SERIOUS SECURTY Flaws. Balance is forcibly shown during card payment in public places. The fingerprint unlock graphic is sloppy and unfinished. Hopefully these issues will be addressed in an update soon.
After recent updates, contactless payments became extremely unprecedictable and uncomfortable. Now I do not know when contactless works and when doesn't. I don't know when I reach limit of 4 transactions because the message appears for a few seconds only. I do prefer previous approach, when I had to login to the app and to activate contactless, this always let me pay when I wanted. I do not need contactless to be activated all the time when phone is not blocked. Asking for fix
It's the worst. I cannot transfer money to my own credit account straight away, getting error when I'm choosing "Transfer to own account". When I'm adding somebody to my recipients, and after want to schedule a payments for this account, the recipient account number is empty, what's the point then to add it to the favorites? Constantly cannot get sms to confirm my transaction even if I reboot my phone, it's sending it randomly, why not allow small transfers with app conformation. And much more..
Previous version of the app was all in English. In the new version if I want make a transfer it switches to Polish. This version is huge step back overall. As a non native it is important to have the app fully in English. If it doesn't improve I will move bank. That's how important this is to me.
I have used hundreds of apps in my years of Android experience, and yet I'm not exaggerating, when I write that this is by far the worst app I have ever used. For one, the developers came up with the glorious idea of not letting you use your system keyboard, but instead forcing their monstrosity of a keyboard on you. Not only does this render me unable to use KeePass' Autofill Keyboard — it actually makes it impossible for me to sign in at all, as their keyboard is missing some characters!
App interface has improved a lot. But all options under the "For you" Tab do not work. Also it seems to be a beta version not fit for general use. The overall experience has been really disappointing.
The app was amazing until the last update. It looks so weird and confusing, I can't easly navigate between my accounts anymore, can't find anything or have any control or good visuals on my account. Honestly, would give 5 stars if the interface stayed the same.
Since the last major update the app became unusable. Whenever I try to perform a transfer it just enters an infinite loop. I can only use it to check my balance and get a blik code - that's it. Do not roll out a big update before you're sure it's stable.
The app just got updated. Finally they have fingerprint login and more attractive interface. The stupid thing is inspite of having my language selected as ENGLISH most of the menus are in Polish. Which isn't very useful for me as a non polish speaker. I am hoping to they fix it as soon as possible as I can't even tell when I need to pay my credit payemets etc.
Overall pretty good app, but compared to applications from other banks i used in the past there have been too many times it didn't; work just in the past 2 years it had more down time than the application from my old bank had in 10 years . - but when it works it's fast and easy to navigate and use in general
Easy to use. However, messages and notifications keep popping in Polish. My Polish language ptoficiency is still quite low and it can be really frustrating trying to read the messages and not beign able to. Kindly fix that.
