Very easy, But hard when ask to down load one of my old emails
I can access and make account transactions much quicker than on the phone. The telegraph access is awful. It needs updating and tweaking. Very Slow = Frustration!
since the update, the app won't open and freeze my phone where I have to reboot my phone every time. I cannot come out of app. I just started using app so I'm just so disappointed..
Great easy to use
The app no longer allows me to view a cashed check. Customer service said to go to the full site to view cashed checks. Very disappointing. This feature used to be in the app.
Will not open after a couple of logins. The old app was much better. Never had a single issue.
After the update the app stopped working. So I deleted it and reinstalled it now it's working fine now
Since the android pie update I am not able to sign into app. Any word on when this may be fixed?
It has the functionality that I need, but I don't like the pop-up banner at the bottom of the log on screen...

The mobile deposit has not worked ONE time on the first try. Was told when I called about it that I needed to come in to deposit check. That kinda defeats the purpose of mobile deposit!!?

I haven't been able to get into my account since the update. I can't even use a password or anything... this app is terrible. And no one to help you with this problem
Congrats, I couldn't check my account balance for over a week and now I'm being told that my account info is invalid. Your attempt to make it more convenient has made it wildly inconvenient instead.
Since the revamp of the website and app, I haven't been able to set up text notifications for transactions. It's just not as easy flowing as they thought it would be
I like the app very much but it could take some time getting used to... Thanks for the awsome service.
It was a bit cumbersome to locate the instructions to register for the first time. Reading is fundamental. Use previous ID, PW is PDCU+your last 4ss. 🤗
Works great, new or returning users should read the website announcements on password changes about the tech update.
I don't know if an app update happened or not but in the past this app worked great but now it rarely opens. I have to keep clicking on it and it flashes like it's opening but it doesn't. I've had to uninstall and re-install the app numerous times! The last time I reinstalled it I received a message that I had accessed it from too many devices... I've only used my cellphone, my work desktop and my laptop!! This app is annoying!!
