Very convenient when depositing checks rather than actually having to drive to the bank. However, the app takes the picture of the check way too fast without proving the user the ability to fix the focus resulting in 5+ retakes and a lot of wasted time. If the app allowed the user to take the picture, then this rating would have been 5 stars.

With the other app we had access to every account at once. This one you need a username for each account. A huge inconvenience especially when you want to make a payment or transfer, it doesn't show what you currently have in them. I would give zero stars if I could 🤬🤬😡😡. A BIG downgrade with this app which makes no sense. It makes banking with harder with this credit union

For the functionality it does have it is user friendly. But it lacks important things. 1)Each account you have must have it's own sign in credentials. You cannot link accounts except to do transfers back and forth. And that process is more of a hassle than it should be. 2)There is no access to the credit card account. Can no longer transfer from a share to the card. 3)When doing transfers, it doesn't show account numbers you are transferring to so you can verify that you are doing it right.

it's a good app with lots of useful user friendly features. biggest problem is trying to deposit a check mobiley. it automatically takes the picture for you but is way too quick no time to center it or get it within focus. I have to retake too many times because it is blurry and you can't read it.

It's ok for getting a glimpse of what is in your account and doing a mobile deposit but it's nothing spectacular. If you have multiple accounts you have to log out and log into the other one; no way to see both at the same time. When doing money transfers you also need to know the ending number of the account you wish to transfer to; it does not give you the person's name until after the transaction has been processed. All in all it serve its purpose but it could be better.

User friendly you can deposit your checks through the app makes things so much easier especially if you're handicapped and can't drive to the bank

I have multiple accounts and cannot access them like the old app. I loved the old one way more because everything was easier to manage. I would like if they allow you to transfer as many times as needed instead of the limited 8 times per month. Needs to be improved.

Very convenient for online banking, transfers, etc. I wish there was some way to send a message to ask questions about certain things, instead of having to sit on hold with the call center. Other than that, very user friendly and a beneficial app.

The App words great! I don't believe I've had a problem yet. I like the mobile deposit because sometimes I get physical checks, rather than direct deposit, and I don't feel like driving to the credit union.

Works great. Use it to monitor accounts on daily basis. Very nice for bill paying. Totals on "money Management screen" used to update so they would match the acct totals on the opening screen of the app. Suddenly they don't agree. WHAT CHANGED?

Pretty simple app. Does what it's supposed to and its convenient. Yeah, theres random issues with transfers or the app itself randomly, but it's usually fixed and back to normal within a day.

The old app was better with more options, fingerprint accessable and fast. This is slow, sometimes broken and not flexible to screen size. It's like they fired the good app development and replaced with the with a bad website team.

Easy to navigate, very user friendly. Site works fast.

Offers to save credentials, never saves credentials. Asks me to check value entered, saying "you entered $53.50, but your check picture looks like $0.00". Asks me to double check the pic of reverse of the check to ensure I wrote "for mobile deposit only", but it displays THE FRONT OF THE CHECK. 100% trash and has been like this for YEARS across multiple devices. And then it has the nerve to spam me to rate my experience.

Bad Was just charged 35$ for no good reason. No notification when it did not register endorsement on back. Said deposit was successful then weeks later i get mail notification bank paid a check for me and charged me 35$. I look and it had undone my deposit making account short. No call or notification I would be aware of. I do not look at my accounts daily! I trust my bank!!??

Love the fact that I can deposit checks thru app however what I dont like is..although I receive a conf# ..and I can clearly see the check. a few days later I log onto bank acct to find out the deposit didnt go thru. So I go to the bank I explain to the teller the situation and they just dont have an answer.. I think for the short time I've done deposits 2 or 3 times is too many..

Works great. I can deposit my paychecks & the $ is available right away & it has all my transactions visible in real time. My other banks app does not clear checks for 2-3 business days & the balance is hardly ever accurate in real time.

Too sensitive have to take picture over and over again. TD Bank has a much more responsive picture deposit.

This app is terrible. It doesn't want to accept log in credentials and it doesn't trouble shoot in order to gain access to the account. Terrible. Uninstalling the app.

liked the older app that i could have all acounts together. too much logging in and out to see my different accounts. it qas much nicer to see it all in one spot. have issues transferring sometimes, its annoying.

The app is pretty straightforward. No trouble navigating the site. The only recent occasion to enter a brick and mortar structure resulted in being assisted by Nicole Melin. She is a star at customer servoice. I do most of my banking online but will ask for her when I have to come in.

Very disappointed that multiple accounts are not available under 1 username anymore. The app works okay, but inconvenient having to log in under 2 usernames for different accounts.

Real time saver and easy to use

I Love it! Easy way to manage my $$$. I can do everything I need for my banking needs including paying bills from just ONE App! From any where I'm located. I've been with People First for many years.

Top Notch! This is a credit union that will never let you fail. They have many ways of helping you with your goals in life without the high fees that other Banks charge. This Credit Union, when you join, is owned partially by you. The word "greed" is not in their vocabulary nor in any small print on the paperwork you might sign!

I will like to see all my accounts in one app also the first name or a nickname where I transfered money. other fetures are user friendly and Im lerning to deposit checks. I think need to learn more about the app or a traning It should have a way to stop transaction.

New issues. I have an S10e, and now I can't mobile deposit checks. Tried several times, including reinstalling app and have no way to make a report. Didn't want to go out.. But now I have to go to a branch.

Ok i like the app. It easy and help's to have. Yet right now im unable to login on my app. I've tried the txt and call for security purpose to prove that its you and I still cant get in even after the reset. Can some one help me please.

I have had no problems with this app. It worked so well on our 7 week trip. Never missed a payment and made it possible to keep my checkbook up-to-date.
