Too slow to "tap in" and "tap out". Moreover, the functionality of the app is too limited as compared to the website version. Please urgently fix the app with current issue of tap in and tap out as I end up either waiting upto 20 mins or miss my tap in.
It's fine overall. Not great, as we're supposed to be using this app to upload LFT results for work, but it apparently doesn't support jpg or pdf files. So we just use email instead. Because that actually works. Also it tends to have a habit of kicking me out of the app, asking me to login using my email address, then telling me that the address I entered does not match the data on record... So, I can't use it for anything until it changes its mind on that. Which, eventually, it does.
4.1.4 currently shows a blank white screen after log in to a work account. Oddly it will let me zoom into the white screen. Samsung S20+ EDIT: I am now using the current latest version and there has been no change. We have just switched to intune and I've tried using it on both the company portal work account and my personal profile. It has exactly the same result as above. Any clues?
App constantly can't connect to server , I have updated and restarted device , I managed to sign in once, now it's back to can't connect to server
Can't get on my peoples hr for at least 3 months now Tried uninstall it ,rebooting phone ,signing out and back in . And still can't..
App often crashes, need to restart phone before it will work, sometimes freezes and can't be closed. Also, the pictures currently shown on this page do not match the UI of the available version. I assume there's a new version coming soon with this updated UI (and hopefully bug fixes) but this isn't available at the moment so I don't see why the new pictures are being used to advertise it yet.
I only usually use the app for clock in/out. There is a delay in the response of the clock in/out button so you don't know if you've pressed it properly and can lead to clocking in AND out at the same time which is annoying. Also the app constantly runs in the background of your phone (which i don't want or need) unless you 'force stop' it.
App is too slow some times, it will irritate, and automatically get press sometimes
I have tried to login into the app, reset the password, tried to create a new one, but it's absolutely impossible to login. When I have created the new password, and wrote it again, it shows me always some error, even I wrote it right multiple times again and again and again. Would it be possible to make this application compatible with the fingerprint login, when you want a password like to a nuclear power plant reactor? Even sending an e-mails to you is impossible.
I have to use the app for expenses the old app was ok but the new one has made the experience more difficult just so they can put a few pretty pics on it. No explanation of how to navigate the changes. What was a simple task is now twice as difficult for no reason everything used to be on one page now multiple pages to log the same info, pointless. There must be something better out there

App is clear to navigate with some good features. Needs a Dark Mode tho as it's abit rough on the eyes.
Can't login in at all. I'm either told my email address is wrong, or using the correct email address causes the 'Next' button to break.
this app is disaster! Requires premissions that does malitious activities with! It takes your phone security pattern! It takes premision to bluetooth on this version I am using. so many days in a year their servers are down and you have to correcten the data manually! Push notifications are sent with huge amount of delay(not always). Their email settings are in a manner you can not disable all of them! It requires constant access to all your files!
Keeps crashing on open, probably related to the newest update. Also doesn't contain the same data as the website, which is annoying. Missing things like team members personal information, which is needed on the go sometimes. So next to useless in the current state.
I am giving the app two stars because news items do not fit my phones screen, attached media is not displayed, and the app is not the easiest to navigate. More importantly, I do not like passwords with special characters, I like to be able to remember my passwords. Other than that its OK.
Both the app and the web dashboard have awful UX. Elements that look and act tappable on one screen, do absolutely nothing on the next one. I'm completely lost in finding the most basic things. How do I cancel my holiday? That's like N1 thing people will be using this app for? Was there any UX designer involved in this? Sorry, but it's just very very bad..
UPDATE: It's a good application. But could do with some improvement as eg. Access to rota, and training. Cannot access. Keeps telling me that doesn't recognise my email address and does not let me access or ask for a new password. Disappointed. I have tried to sort this out for a month. The reply to my email is rapid but doesn't solve the problem. Disappointing.
Used to work perfectly until an update on my phone, now the home screen appears but freezes! I hate phone updates 😒
Regular reliability problems with the app. I've been unable to clock in and out using tap facility for months. When you talk to support they tell you their solution is to use a PC. - kind of defies the point of having a phone app.
Has been really useful until the latest update.... Won't let me log in without getting a one time passcode which is sent to my work email... Only issue being, I work in a contact centre and am not allowed to take my phone to my computer and have no access to work emails other than when at my computer! Was so much better when all I needed was my password to log in.
Loads poorly. My work have started using this to scan in and scan out, but it can take 5 minutes of opening and closing for the app to properly respond to any input. Works well once its decided it wants to, but terrible until then. LG V30
Nothing wrong withtheold app, the new version I'm unable to access my data, nothing wrong with entering a password, now you have to enter a six digit number,(otp) which I've tried on numerous attempts and numerous emails to try to sort it out, if it ain't broke leave it alone.
Kills your battery and constantly running in background. So therefore cannot use auto tap in/out function. Would be better if it closes after 10mins inactivity and knows when we have have left our beacon radius. The function is poor and unusable, however would be great if it worked.
Old version worked fine, this new one won't allow me to clock on or off. Contacted help through the app and advised to delete cache and data, which I did ut it still doesn't work and now I can't click on help either. UPDATE. Admin assisted and somehow between us it was rectified. One thing that needs looking into tho, when i enter a name into claims such as Black.. it automatically finds Blackburn which has been used before and prevented me from using Black !?!
Basic functionality. It would be great to access employee records and enable employees to complete return to work interviews on the app. Pretty basic but would improve uptake of the app. It would also mean people could stop using the atrocious mobile version of the web based site.
Not had any issues with the app, not the best UI but once you learn your way around it it's alright. More options can be added in like being able to submit images for reporting, but enjoyable to use from my end.
