The only issue I have is the app is crashing and I restarted my phone. Checked my device and security it is all okay. I even checked if the app needed an update. I need to use my pass and I still have days left on it till the 7th of next month...
i used the mobile app for the forst time. it was easy to read. Easy directions to purchase a mobile ticket. Just as easy to find my pass once bought. A Very EASY to app. Thanks People Mover!!!
What's the point in the app if it's just going to redicet me and make me open an internet app, wack and pointless app, Google maps can do this better
I had to factory reset my phone, and once I re-downloaded this app, my day pass was gone! Missed the bus. And got ripped off.
Easy to use app bus schedule map little blurry but once downloaded clear as day.

The buses don't always arrive on time. Weekends are the worse cause no buses are scheduled to run a bit earlier than around 7am they removed and changed the times which made things worse not better. I cant take the bus especially on sat and sun due to the horrible time the bus runs i would be late have to get a ride from a neighbor. You guys suck. I use to take the metro and buses in cali was a lot more better than the deception that your company creates. For over 10 yrs nothing has really chang

Does what it's supposed to. Don't like that passes expire in 90 days so don't stock up or anything! I've lost two passes because of that. If they aren't active until somebody manually activates them in the app, I don't understand why they expire. Smart cards don't expire and that's basically the same thing as activating a bunch of one ride passes that don't expire til you use them. It's not like peoplemover has sales and great sales to stock up with so just give us at least 6 months to use them
