Connectivity issues. It worked for years. Now recently can't connect with my android. Sad.
Easy to navigate, read and understand
Does the basics, but has some flaws. Slow loading account balances, without search function. Electronic deposits of checks fail sometimes, without explanation or any alerts, so you really have to keep tabs on things.
This is the actual worst app and website that exists in the history of technology. There is zero levels of intuition that goes into any of it, and it always gives you problems no matter what day of the week it is. The # of times you have to call member services to get them to reset passwords is astronomical. My 5 year old niece could have build a better only system to access my bank account. Not that hard to build something that makes sense, just copy Chase or something. Fire your tech guy.
Reconsideration: the App has received needed work and is now Can be considered a work of art in itself. Very user friendly and quiet quit in turn around time. Very Good Work Guys. Old review •App needs work. It took over 2 hrs of attempting to mobile deposit a check under the most ideal conditions. I would hate to have been in dire need and had to rely on the app to get things done.
Wish I couls go lower than 1 stat. Horrible banking app has not gotten better since my last review. I have to call the credit union everytime I get logged out, turning what should be a quick and easy experience to a horrible one. Feels.like I am banking in the early 80's with this antiquated app and horrible support.
Used to work fine until December 2019. Now it won't load my account page after I log in. I have to manually go on my web browser to access my account. For all of that, I mind as well delete the app because it's useless. Also, I'm on a Galaxy S9. A fellow banker has the same phone with the same problem as me. Another banker we know uses an iPhone and his app works perfectly fine. So I guess it's just a problem for Androids.
At the most inconvenient times I get an error message they unable to authenticate blah blah. I just wanna check my balance. Can never connect other Budget apps etc. Not sure if this union will last.
I give it a 5 star, I love it on my note 9. But now I just switch to a Samsung S22 ultra and the app will not even open anyone has the same problem and how too fix.
Update fixed the app on my S22 Ultra.
constantly freezes. trying to get into cking acct details takes 5 to 8 attempts. keeps saying error. the absolute worst app
The app has been glitchy sometimes during login. After closing the app and trying again it goes through.
Basic at best. Often fails to validate log in then locks you out. No after-hours support.
Surprisingly easy and from the privacy of one's home, it sure save time and money I love it. THANKS
Convenient way to bank
So far, mobile check deposits are easy and fast.
This app is very very annoying and Always has connecting issues. Not satisfied at all!!
Good but needs improvement. Can't login on occasions which I have to wait almost an hour to login again.

using the app is easy and does actually what you would in a branch except giving and taking cash.
Horrible! I have to keep reinstalling app. This app is not reliable.
Just started using it today. So far so good. I was able to complete my transaction with no problem.
I love the app but since I accidentally deleted it getting it back has been a nightmare.
Latest version now works with Sony Xperia. Works great.

I've used this app for a longtime and was very happy with it until the last update on March 15th 2022 . When opening app all I see is a blank white screen . My phone's AOS is 8.0.0 and the requirements are in specifications. Called PAFCU, they said use the full website and click on online banking, this is a workable option. Hopefully the software update will be reworked so it supports even S 21 and S 22 (newest Samsung phones)
