As of March 21st app is unusable for me; blank white screen and nothing will load, tried un-installing, restarting phone, etc. If app ever works again, will recommend.
It doesn't even work anymore. It was nice being able to deposit my partner's rent checks without having to go into a branch, but now it's stuck on a blank screen.
My Peeps are so friendly. Whichever branch I visit, even those at the 800 number, they know their stuff and are happy to help. I have never stayed with a bank this long. I've been here going on 7 years now.
Help with new phone to set user name to log in. Thanks for the help..
Unpredictable use, can't log in more often than I can. End up having to login online through website and totally defeats the purpose. I've installed and uninstalled more times than I can count in the last two weeks.
White screen for a few seconds and then it just crashes. This app uses to be good but I've been unable to even use it for over a month.
sometimes you can't log in on the main log in area, but if you go to the bottom left to rates n loans and select that, then select ok when it asks are you sure you want to exit ,then when the page pops up, wait a bit and a little grey bar will pop up on left that says log in. put your info and you will get to your account 👍
Easy to navigate, make internal, and external transfers. Customer service reps are really nice if you need help.
I can never get in because it tells me my password is wrong so I have to call the bank so that they can reset my password so I can log in. I go through this every time I try to log in and 97% of the time the app crashes before I get logged in.
Amazing that I can deposit a paper check with this app! Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Worked quickly and well.
Really good app. Pretty advanced for how small time the union is. Has its glitches every now and then, but it's gotten more rare to see that happen. Pretty good!
Payment feature almost never works, have to go to the website all the time for bill pay. Very difficult to add/edit/remove bill payees
App runs smoothly and it is easy to navigate. Not being able to log in at certain hours is not great, but I can live with that
This app is great when it works, but only works about 50 per cent of the time. I have to Uninstall and re-install several times a week. Very frustrating.
Won't even let me set up a username and password. keeps telling me "Error" and kicks me off. Pointless.
Its quick and convenient. The fingerprint option helps simplify logins.
Works well if/with enough bandwidth. Check frame for photo leaves a lot/too much of border, tho

I was able to easily deposit a check from home. The app walks you right through the steps.
The app is broken 98 % of the time. And takes to long to load

I'm having an issue where I put jn my information and it keeps telling me to put in my number. I tried it 5 times now and its not letting me see my account.
An excellent app. Used it for years with no problems.

Very easy to use. Very little problems.
Great experience. The app is easy to use, and it is convenient. I was in a meeting, I didn't have the time to go to the Bank. It was very useful to make the deposit while I was in the meeting. Great App.
