Very poor app. Unable to login. I tried several times to login but it showing connection server timeout. I tried connect with a call center agent, they provide bad service too. I do not recommend to download this app. It waste your time.
A very good app that I have used ever. It is so easy and makes my time efficient. I can easily transfer money and the best thing is getting messages for each and everything done ...
This app was great app and using this app very easy with lots of things.But for now after update the app ,didn't work properly .Means peaples wave app wasnt opening now.this all happened after update the app. Can anyone tell me what will i can do for that ? Re-instalment was already done. Plz help me with this matter,to work with app before when i used.
Very good app. I love the experience. I can pay phone bill, wify bill, CEB bill, pawning part payment using phone on salary day. No need to go to the bank. Very easy...
Password expires in few months and can't add any old passwords that used earlier. Even a password used more than two years. First locked my internet banking and other branches or call center can't reset it. Then installed app, and it also asked to change the password rapidly. This is the only bank requires to change the password. There should be an option to keep old password. Also can't download the transaction receipt.
Have to touch Textbox for sevel times to start input user name or password . There's no option to make payment for other bank credit cards , So pls add other bank credit card payment option . Anyways Good app 😀👍 , haven't installed new update yet. Let see & will tell more in soon.

I'm using this app since 2020 without any issure but after the new update I can't open this app now. when I open, it shows peoples bank logo and come back to my home screen. please fix the problem soon
This is the worst app i ever seen..specialy the new version,verry bad expirience,we cant always deal with our password.for theyearu are asking somanytimes to change it...pls fixit..i went through all reviews..but ur devolopment team is not even care anyof these.if you are charging money from us,pls try to make it user friendly..😡😡👎👎👎
New update does not support for the screenshots. Its the only proof we can have that money is transferred. Please fix this problem for the convenience of users to have better service from your bank.
After the new update I can't open this app now. When i open this app come back to my home screen ... please fix the problem soon.
Thanks for added Biometric login and PIN login 😊. Redesign UI like People's Pay app. make a download recipe option. Because this app can't get screenshot.
Really helpful, allow me to manage all the bill payments and transactions. As a banking application, I'm okay with the login process. Using the app over two years now, so far I'm happy with the user experience. Suggestion: Expiration period of Passwords is too short, please make it at least 365 days or longer.
App is not working after new updates. When try to open this app it always return to the Home-Screen. Plz fix this !
Cant wait more time due to login out after 5 minutes, It is very difficult to work in an all the time, please make it. as soon as possible..thanks..!
As a reputed bank I believe you need to improve your app. 1. App gives "Cannot connet to server" issue many times. (eg: When switch app to another app to copy transfer details, Sometimes when log in, sometimes when adding favorites, even when trying to copy paste the otp) 2. Cannot take screenshots of the payment confirmation. This is a useful feature that we used to have and later taken away. Why? I have seen you have replied to some reviews asking send screenshot of the error codes. 🥴 duh?
Really worst app.it is too much slow & can't make quick transaction and also ,most of the time when I was logged into this app, it shows "unable to connect server". I hate this app.
App interface is totally outdated. Forced password change is unnecessary and so inconvinient. Cannot use old passwords either. I dunno who thought this would be more secure.
New update is not working .Go back to the homescreen .App is nt opening now.Re instalments done 4 times.

Easy to use..only setback it takes a while to load.

Very much Satisfied with new update. Just updated my previous 1 Star rating for 4 Stars. Please add an option to save account details of beneficiary and bill payment detaits as a template or a favourite soon after a transaction. Then no need to waste time for adding favourites all time. Then you will get lot of 5 stars for sure
