will not let me sign in, and it will not let me create an account, and I can't get any custome r service to figure out how to do either one. If could rate this app a -5* I would. This is the dumbest and most inconvenient, software/ app I've ever had to attempt to use. And I'm upset that the company I work for is insistent on using it.😝😡
It doesn't alert me any notifications even after I've given permissions to do so, more than 5 people I work have the same problem, it's a problem for Android users and iPhones users
Won't login no matter how many times i try tried clearing cache and reinstalling multiple times with no luck get message that cannot establish connection.
Honestly one of the worst apps/programs I have ever used. Has taken over 2+ weeks to get 3 employees hired. Really frustrating.

If you're an employer, don't use this. Use something else, literally anything that isn't this. No forgot username/password? This has literally existed as long as the internet A support page that goes to... snagajob? Am I losing it, or is this ridiculous? "Oops! Can't connect to peoplematter server right now, try again later?" What? I don't need my schedule and access to my account later, I need it now. 0/5

I would put in my correct log in information but only when I get a new phone and it won't let me log in it keeps telling me that I need to establish an internet connection and I know I have an internet connection

I just need to check my schedule, I don't need a notification 12 times a day everytime someone else wants a day off
Limiting the app search to 14 day is ridiculous. I can see it being a default search, but I should be able to review apps that are older than 14 days as well. You are unable to hire or do anything other than view a limited amount of applicants. Please look into this as the app serves almost no purpose
I can't access my account with the app or browser I created account with my user name and password and I can't log in it just keeps telling me to check username I know for a fact I'm putting it in correctly I even pressed forgot username and its saying I've entered my security answers in wrong. I think I know my sister's middle name, my first car model and my first job. I created my account then immediately went to the app and it says my login info is incorrect
Half the things on here do not want to load. I just assume get my schedule by email like I have for the past year
I can't even give it a star because this app won't let me login to my account it keeps telling me to update .and when you hit the ok to undate. It will not let you. And we should be able to view our applicants for at least a month.. And how can you delete the ones you hire or put them in a file.
Lack of information and shady stuff. All it has is a edit profile that is customizable. A job should not be this hard to look for your direct deposit and hours and such. In app help did not help neither. Horrible coding.
Only the coworkers that have iphones can currently use this app. The rest of us are just screwed. I can't even see my schedule currently.
It needs more viable features like being able to delete the applicant if you want to, see if they are a minor, why when yoi hit job history it says none but in the download there is job history. Needs a lot of work this app
I have an android and it doesn't long in whatsoever. After all the updates and reinstalling, still nothing. Very frustrating.
