App been great in the past years I have used it, my phone did an update last night and now I can't open the app. Which is useless and frustrating. We rely heavily on this app, without I will miss changes to my rota. After reading other reviews, it sounds like alot are having some issue. 'There's a bug contact developer'

Great idea, still needs work. No push notifications for when rota changes happen. And it's too slow/complicated switching between calendars so you can book time off. Needs some key feature updates. EDIT:Upgraded handset to a s10 and the application refuses to load. Application unusable.

App glitches and wont open via app. Says there's a bug. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still no change. Having to use via the Internet and not app now. It still let's you in and works when logging in through Google or safari. Thank god. Rubbish app though.

I've had to give this app a 1 star because it wouldn't let me leave it as 0 stars. This app was working OK on my phone however after an update on my Samsung phone, the app no longer opens. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and nothing. I now can't put my holidays in at work or check my shifts using this app. Can this be rectified ASAP please 🙏

Whenever I lock my phone with the app open, it will bug out and won't let my phone turn on for several minutes. Its not the phone as I have had it swapped as I thought this was the case originally. Is there anyway you could have a look at this as its making the app unusable which isn't good as I need it for work everyday! Phone is a Samsung galaxy a51 and doesn't have this problem with any other app.

No longer working, was working fine got a new phone and app will not open now. This app needs to be updated to work with newer phones. Very problematic.

App was working well but in the last couple of days it's started to say the app has a bug so it won't open. Not great when it needs to be used for work purposes!!

Loved using this app so simple, but it is now refusing to open my Phone says that there is a bug and to wait for a fix. I am now hasseling work to find out my rota for today. Not ideal!!!! Will change my rating when a fix happens.

Not user friendly and if you make an error you can not delete it. SMS feature does not work in Australia. Once you enter your times it changes the times in the service user portal.

Too glitchy as said by another user. I also have uninstalled and reinstalled the app' as it was stated there was a bug. Now I can't use it at all. Having to go through Google to book on or off! Pfffffft...

Updated my phone and the app no longer works. I need this to know my rota for work. Can you please sort this ASAP. Says there is a bug on the app. Apart from this error no problems with the app when working.

Never works correctly. Always really slow at refreshing visits. Never tells you when the rotas been changed. App always freezes.

This has suddenly stopped opening on my phone! It's telling me it has a bug? How do I fix this? I've tried uninstalling and installing again, nothing has changed.

Since updating my phone, I'm unable to use the app. Even after uninstalling and trying to re-install the app it's still not working. Which given it has my work rota is quite a big problem.

This App will not work with S21 Ultra, it flashes a white screen then off again, can't even get to login screen. Needs a major fix.

As others have said this app no longer works. It is still possible to log in online. But this app is completely useless, in the most literal sense.

Not sure what to say I've been using this app for ages it was last updated 2017 . Went to up date it and now it won't open I've uninstall it installed it to be told there's a bug in it please hurry and fix it not be able to to see what hours I've worked and my wages .

It won't even let me open the program after getting a new phone. Says there is a bug in it and we have to wait for the developer to fix it. Any idea when that may be??? A lot of us rely on this for our work!

This app has not been updated for 4 years and 8 months and now this app will not work with the new android 12 update, please get this updated as alot carer's rely on this app and now a waiting game is not an option.

Downloaded the app 2 days ago and have not been able to open it. Tried unistalling and reinstalling but still not opening. Using galaxy S21 ultra.

The app was great and easy to use but since the last android update, I haven't been able to get on the app at all.

I'm using a Samsung z fold and when I updated my software the app refused to open...can't even access my rota anymore.
