This app is forever messing up! Its alwsys a technical difficulty with it! No good to the customer if you can never access uour banking info

I paid my cable bill on the 15th but on the app it's saying the money came out of my account on 18th, which that day isn't here yet. Also, wen I deposit a check it won't show my new balance it'll say my old balance. I have to go to ATM to get accurate info.
Could use an upgrade ..!

I love this app because it is so convenient for me, I can check my account balances and pay my bills at any time of day or night. I can transfer funds from one account to another, it's wonderful. I would give this app a 10 plus if possible.
