Peoples Bank Mobile allows you to check balances, make transfers, pay bills and find locations. Need to find a Branch or ATM close to you? Peoples Bank Mobile will allow you to search by zip code or address and provide you with addresses and phone numbers on the fly.

The app login does not allow you to view what you entered for password. When you log out it retains previous information and fails the next login because it doesn't clear fields completely. It asks you to register your number every time it gets used, even though you just entered it in a previous screen. Why are transactions pending? They either have the money available or not when using Zelle; when it gets sent it should be available. Makes the sender appear to be scamming you.
The app is very generic. It should have notification settings for deposits, and when your account goes over or under a set amount. That would make this app competitive with other back apps. I'm thinking of transferring my account for better app banking.
Have to do the sms verification every other time check my balance, is very annoying when you want check your balance real fast
Says there is an update and application is incompatible but when you go to update, there isn't anything to update. Even tried to Uninstaller and reinstall. Waste if time, doesn't work.. Always problems!
Locked out of account even after changing password on non-mobile site. Non user-friendly design, difficult to navigate and find options.
Horrible, I've had to uninstall and re-install this app several times. Still get the white screen and can't even log in. FIX IT ASAP. Never had this problem before.
App is terrible. Customer service is terrible. It keeps making me request a text for security. I choose my cell to receive the text. And no text comes.

I cannot say enough about people bank! They have un outstanding service from the ladies at the window, like Regina and Ronny and the rest of those great ladies also in the loan department there a great lady that will go out of her way to help you Ms. Deborah and also a great gentleman Jeromy. Great bank There all over getting to know the one's in Merrillville. But all over greatness of people's bank and also noticed the new sign Thank you. Angela

It does not work
App seems to just stop working all together after a certain amount of use. Maybe a few weeks or so. Have to uninstall it every time. And its not the service actually being down, as I can still login to the web portal which this app clearly relies on. Horrible joke of a banking app.
The app will not load. Called support. Their solution was uninstall, restart phone and reinstall. They said if that wasn't successful to just go online and do my banking that way!!! REALLY, YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING, RIGHT??? If I could give it a negative rating I would.
It always disabled my password after a month and to reboot and go back to the bank to reinstall.
Doesn't give me my current balance I forgot a check I wrote and didn't show it till after I recieved 5 overdraft fees because I kept using my card thinking I had money in my account
Used to love this app. Then suddenly, it would not let me deposit a check. Now, I can't log in! Very frustrated.

It will not let me log into my account. It keeps telling me that I have the wrong answers on personal information that I know is not wrong.
Works great. A wonderful tool to have on the go.
Convenient works great
Today everything is yellow and unreadable. Yesterday the colors were right but the text wasn't displaying correctly. Even got a runtime error for the first time ever on any Android app. It's ok when it works, but that happens less and less.
Says unable to process your request
I use finger print to access app, but after a few log-ins, it requires password to be entered. Finger print doesn't work unless I uninstall and reinstall.
