Horrible app, like everyone else has stated I keep getting the connection error. I can login perfectly from my phone if I go to the website. I removed the app and only use the website link until I found out today that you can only make a photo deposit using the mobile app which of course doesn't work. Switch to Pinnacle Bank and you won't have this problem. Update: still have amateur developer for this app. Good luck trying to make a deposit from your phone.
Always kicking you out of the app. Network connection error at least 3 times per week. These bugs need to be fixed please. I don't have any other apps that have this error. There is nothing wrong with my internet, mobile service or wifi service.
The app used to work with no issue. I have a Samsung Galaxy 8 plus software is up to date. Constantly have to uninstall the app, download again get verification code to sign in. I love People's bank, this issue been going over 3 months now. Some days available balance shows incorrect. Calling them first thing in the morning, bad enough you can't speak to a rep after banking hours and inside bank not open on Saturday's and some merchants don't accept Discover as debit and have to run as Credit.
Update your damn app . Everytime I log in, it gives me a network connection error and I can't access my account thus making this app as useless as a wet roll of toilet paper . This is unacceptable ! I have seen a lot of other complaints about this exact same issue so that has me asking " why hasn't anything been done about this"? This is just stupid . Fix it !
Definitely DO NOT recommend banking here. They love charging you $22 for overdraft when you're supposed to have money in your account, according to them. If you opt out of overdraft and an automatic tries to come through, they still charge you $22, even though they didn't pay anything
App just continuously loads and never takes me to my account page. It is frustrating. It used to work well but since the latest update it is horrible. Please address the issue and fix.
If I log in once then the next time it will just stay on the log in page forever. I have to keep uninstalling the app and re installing it just so I can see my account. Please fix this nightmare.
Worked great for awhile. Now I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Whatever changes were made recently came with a glitch. Please fix it!

I have tried to log in to my account but it keeps saying connection error.i have deleted the app and tried to reinstall it again but it keeps saying waiting for download.this needs to be fixed ASAP.
after last update, the app will not load. it stays on the log in screen with the loading emblem. never get past that step.

I have never had a problem. Use it routinely especially to transfer money to other accounts. Balance has always been correct.
worse app I've ever seen. every time your IT dept changes your programs they make it worse. Sorry app. Not user friendly

I can never view my transactions ... needs to be able to see your transactions for 1 month at a time ... it only keeps up with day to day
To the ppl saying network error try using wifi instead of mobile internet I know it still sux but at least that works they need to fix this was 5 stars 2 stars untill they fix this

The app used to work fine but in the last few months it stopped working. It just sounds and will not load. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. That let me log in but only once. It's back to just spinning with no login. terrible app and waste of time.
