constantly crashes and signs me out while I'm trying to go over items. also it would be nice if it showed what items were that are pending instead of just saying pending. I know it's not the apps fault but the bank is terrible at accounting and dosent match my math in our check register ever. it's a 15 dollar ish swing from month to month. were talking about simple addition and subtraction and in something like banking, where you are handling other peoples money anything less than precise isnt ok

This app crashes every phone my family installs it on. The banking info is always out of date. It used to work fine. After updates it is unusable on my phone as it crashes multiple times a day causing me to have to restart my phone.Please get it together!!!!!

The app. only works half the time. Anytime I get a direct deposit it will keep me kicked out for hours. I dislike how it takes so many days to actually show where the money was spent. It makes it difficult to reference back to (if need be) until several days afterwards.

The old version worked on my phone forever. With the latest update, it just keeps opening and then immediately closing.

This app used to work great. But for the last 2 months it keeps stopping. I'm can't do anything with it anymore. Need to get a fix or I'll have to uninstall.

Tried several times to get checks to deposit and followed the instructions and both checks declined. They need to be more specific in what is needed to be written on the check.

Keeps crashing, I have to uninstall and reinstall after every use. It's easier to just go online.

I have more trouble trying to log in or get access to my account . Its not worth the hassle . Im unsatified and would not recomend

I have been banking with them for 24 years. They are fantastic and Jessica has always helped my family set up their accounts. I recommend this bank to everyone.

Does not work more often than it does. It would be a good app if it would just work more often

Have not had accurate info on my account in two days. Has read the same amount with no activity and I have had activity happen.

It has alot of info and is accurate and works fast

This app is awful and doesn't work 90% of the time.
