Peoples Bank (WA)

The absolute worst banking app I have ever used. Never allows biometrics, documents are never viewable. It's impossible to deal with and I quickly quit using people's bank for checking. It's just a wholly unpleasant app.

Says invalid credentials even though they work on PC. Change password to try and fix then keyboard bugs out making it near impossible to enter correctly. Overall app is hot garbage.

Annoying to log in, I can click on remember my username and it never does, and I always have to keep confirming my phone and doing the confirmation text over and over again

This is the worst app. After the first sign in the finger print scanner will no longer work. I get a authentication error after the first sign in and have to re-enter all of my information. It's easier to go to the website and sign in. I hating having to access my account in the app. People's Bank needs to fix this. This is an on going issue, I have installed and uninstalled about 6-10 times.

Works some of the time... Keeps asking for "authentication" & then won't allow sign in w/user name or password. Literally the only way to get past this is to uninstall & reinstall the app. Very frustrating.

The app use to be great like a year ago... Now every single time I sign in I can't use my fingerprint to do so. Every single time it tells me that it needs to be authenticated. Yet it will not do so. Even though it constantly sends me a pin to my phone to be able to log in with this is annoying in itself. And then after it already sent me the PIN to my phone number and asked me for my phone number again to enroll me into the online banking through the app every single time I log in! Can u fix it

UPDATE: This app hasn't worked for over two months. Judging by the other complaints and 1-star reviews, this is not a simple one-off instance. I haven't been able to deposit checks so I've moved my money to a bank that offers a functioning app. If you're looking for a convenient modern bank, this is not the one. PREVIOUS: When it works, this app allows the very basics, but it often does not work. I'd like an app that provides me with a sense that my financial information is secure.

The loading issues are daily and a huge waste of my time. I haven't been able to log in for almost 2 weeks now. I sent an email to Mobile Support more than a week ago and they couldn't be bothered to reply. Lots of other banks have apps that are a good ten years ahead of this "technology". If I decide to leave Peoples Bank, it will be because of this app. And I'm a whole lot closer now than I was a month ago.

The fingerprint login feature never works past the first or second login. It keeps coming up with an error and I have to type my password in. Frequently my username gets cleared out as well. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, turning the feature off and back on and it keeps doing this

If you can't make an app the works don't do it I'm about to cash out my accounts it has gotten so bad.... Can't even check my balance half the time and today my password that is aoutosaved in my phone is no longer working... It 2022 hire someone of fire someone but online banking is the way of the future and this is terrible. I have been an online banking customer since the app was introduced and it get worse every time I use it.

This app wants the fingerprint ID activated. I DONT want to activate that. It also won't let me access it anyway until it sends a code to my phone. Why the changes? Liked the old version a lot better.

After an update, this app no longer shows up on my phone. It says it is installed, will not let me reinstall.

Usually, hybrid web apps are terrible, slow to respond, battery draining, and randomly block the user. While this app is definitely a hybrid, it doesn't have any of those things.

The app used to work on my Android with the PIN login. Now it won't let me log in, period. I put in my username and password and the "continue" button still doesn't work.

So I didnt remember my user ID and Password and got my card stolen. Had no way to cancel the card over the weekend. Your security is great and all but PLEASE LET ME RESET MY PASSWORD THROUGH THE DAMN APP!!! It is way too much of a hassle when I forget what it is and cant do anything about it to get it back when I need to make important payments or even cancel the card due to theft. Thankfully they didnt know my PIN... But the password change....Change this. Please.

Not sure what's going on, but past few days the app has been going really slow, and I have to attempt to log in at least 4 times, which I have never had a problem with before.

Sometimes has issues loading but other than that it is a good app. Only suggestion i would make is allowing to make transfers through the app.

App gets better & better & more versatile all the time ⏰. (except last Update, I had to uninstall & reinstall to get the updates. Now its working great again.). -LG STYLO 4

It is not sending me the security text and i have tried a few times after uninstalling but no luck. Is there any way to fix it?

Outstanding customer service! Whenever I speak to anyone at the Bellingham branches I'm pleased with the efficient and courteous assistance I receive.

App constantly crashes at least once a month,, especially after an update

Zelle stopped working and security features won't save. Stay away

Security is good, simple with intuitive layout.

Used to work great now this last update has made this so difficult to use with having to put my password in so many times every time I get on. Why?

Can view deposits and debits only, easy to log in, very tight security
