The App works as expected. I'm able to pay my bill in a few simple steps. Only thing I would prefer is the option to lock in my information. I would like to add a password, swipe pattern or biometrics etc to be able to access my app if I chose that option. Just so I don't let someone access my info, address etc. when I pass my phone to a friend or family and they're nosy @$$ hell. Do you understand? If they decide to open this app and all you info is easily accessible. 4 stars till they lock app
The Fingerprint access no longer works after the latest update. Fingerprint access is enabled under profile but when opening the app, it takes me to the login page every time.
I can never successfully make a payment!! Every single time I try, there's an error message that states "whoops something went wrong." I am only able to dismiss the message. It is very frustrating! The app is supposed to be easy and convenient. It has been everything but.
I haven't seen a log out option on this app. When I leave it and go back after a few minutes, it automatically takes me to the home page with all my info exposed. I would like to have the option of logging out or staying logged in.
*update* 2/27/2021 For the last 3 months I have been able to go on to this app to pay my bill and now all of a sudden the app keeps crashing I am really upset about this because I feel like I'm going to have to find another way now to pay please fix it!!!!! *updated review* thank you for fixing the app it helps me out so much I really appreciate the Fast Fix.
I couldn't make a partial paymemts on this app. This website TOOK $179.00 off of my bank debit card which I did not approve and I had to pay $2.99 to straighten it out! It keeps telling me that I have to have auto pay and the list goes ON and ON!! I cannot STAND this app!! TAKE IT DOWN!! It"s EXTREMELY MISLEADING!!! too difficult to sign in
it's easier for me to keep up with my payments n let me know when everything is processed
Every time I try to make a payment through the app it gets returned even though there's money in the account. Highly recommend using the app as a way to monitor your usage; definitely don't use it to make payments.
I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and helpful this app is, given my experience with the people's gas website. Information is clearly displayed, paying bills is easy, and notifications are helpful.
I've been using this app for well over a year. It was great but now I can't sign in. It just takes me to a broken link everytime. This only started after I updated the app. This was a great way to pay the bill.
I really enjoy paying my monthly bill on the app. It's so much quicker than calling the 800 number and being on the phone for 10-15 minutes
App won't even allow me to log in. Have tried multiple times. I've installed, un-installed and re-installed the app as well. Still nothing.
App has glitches! Made a payment on the 2nd, by the 4th still said pending mind you money was subtracted from account then later on 4th another transaction for same amount now saying two pending payments for same amount. Customer service is no help saying contact my bank! If bill was only $40.00 and payment was made of $40.00 on one day clearly if another payment is being made on another day of same amount there has to be a mistake! Peoples Gas support is useless beware
It's the worst experience was charged twice for the SAME BILL and when I spoke the customer service representative. They said they wouldn't credit my account. I would NOT use this app again! Lu
Its very easy to use and navigate but it does not give you a confirmation of payment page.. So you might end up paying twice.
Straightforward interface, easy login--it actually works! I never write app reviews, but I gotta hand it to you guys, this one's a winner.
So excited about this app! I was able to take care of my business in a matter of seconds and a couple of clicks. It's so user-friendly and less cumbersome than the website. My only wish is that I can have multiple accts on this one app.
I describe it as I don't like the fact I can't use my cash app card to pay my bills they only take master and discover card which I have neither of these cards they need to accept cash out cards as soon as possible meaning right now.
Kind of expected, but I can't even access the app. It won't even let me sign-in or anything. Was hoping for a good experience since other people had given it such high ratings, but I guess not.
Peoples gas App and the paperless billing is the best thing to use because its a time and headache saver. I'm 61 and i like to find the simple ways to do things. 👌
I had to uninstall because it wouldnt even let me register to even get in app asked me to enter verify code it sent to my email and it kept saying wrong code even after i copied and pasted the code.
Bad payment system. I got an error prompt when submitting a payment so I went online and submitted. The next day I was overdrawn and had to move money into that account to cover two charges from People's Gas.
I made a mistake and unstalled app and haven't been able to re-install for the past 5 days.
this app does what I needed to do. I like the fact that I can pay my bills with it and I don't have to login to a website all the time. I just wish they had fingerprint login.
App is as useless as the website. Access is limited and all I'm trying to do is pay my bill on time. Uninstalled..
So easy, works exactly as you expect every time-the very definition of intuitive.

Still can not add credit card to pay bills, was contacted to call number and no one picks up and when they do they transfer you then disconnect your call. Stay away from this app no support!
