This app is a pain, honestly. It constantly resets and won't let me use my pin or fingerprint to sign in. It makes me sign in with my username all the time. And half the time, it makes me enter my number so it can send me a text with a code. This happens multiple times a week. On occasion, the screen flashes once logged in. But most of the time, once I am logged in, it works fine. It's just a pain getting into it.

This app is very aggravating, almost each time I use it I have to reset my sign in, pass number and password, it sometimes saves it but most of the time it doesn't, when I click the app it will not open I have to turn off phone and on, it's just very annoying!!!!!

This app is pretty good, but only if i can get into it. When the fingerprint scanner works all is well. It quits every few weeks and then i use my password. Then that quits too. I call and get help and I'm in. But the next day i have to call again. And every time after until i learned that if i uninstall the app and reinstall it, it usually works great again. If i need to check something quickly, this is very inconvenient.

Your app freezes it'll let you into one page (whatever you call it) and it freezes it will not go back to the previous page, it will not skip , it will not do anything when you hit the later button or the let's go button. I've cleared the cache . It really stinks and it's aggravating .

App is constantly needing uninstalled and reinstalled periodically to be useful. Was stable once upon a time. Not good for a banking app at all. Edit: please fix the fingerprint verification. It works for a little while after installing the app then says 'Authentication Required' and makes you put in your user name and password from then on, until you guessed it... uninstall and reinstall it again.

Was working just fine until you guys had me update the dumb thing now it won't even access the app I can't even download the app anymore. Maybe you should have just kept it the way it was. It appears as all the other reviews are having the same problem and issues. Sounds wonderful I get to contact customer care service. Should have left it alone. Have been a customer for many years over 10 years, that might change. Update..... seems to be working now. Still liked the functionality of the old sys

My entire family has accounts and use this app. We are all having the same issues with our accounts. The app randomly makes you enroll again, turns off your finger print pass at its whim, and this is the most frustrating of all; says your password is wrong then locks you out of your account. When you know you entered it correctly. This is happening to all 5 of us on galaxy and iPhone. So I know it's app error not user.

This was one of the most reliable apps, but within the last two weeks I can no longer apply this statement. I've logged in several times to a blank white screen, and not been able to navigate beyond. I had to uninstall, and reinstall to force the sign in screen.

Does not work at all now. Ever since the fingerprint scanner update, it'll ask me to log in with a password. Even though I have that disabled and only use the passCODE. Once I've correctly entered my passWORD, it wants to text me an authentication code. My phone number is right, but I never receive any texts with this code. This is a huge problem

Was forced to switch to this terrible app when People's Bank acquired my previous bank Premier. Not one problem with Premier's app. This one challenges you every time you need to access your account information. I realize this day and age, security is a plus. But my own phone's security combined with the settings I want with this app, would be adequate. I'd hate to have to close my account and switch to my crypto exchange. Ridiculous! I have a solution. Ditch this app, apply Premier's.

I love the app. I use it almost daily. easy to navigate. I have had no problems with it that was not "opperator error". do wish it had the appility to set up, change amounts on bill pay without going to my lap top to do it. would be nice!

No issue until a week or two ago. Open the app and just get a blank white screen. Unstalled then reinstalled. I was able to get in. Tried again later in the day and again a blank white screen. As of today still a blank white screen. It is hars to navigate the website from a phone so I can see what I have available and what is pending to know what I can afford for food for my children. You need to look into why your app is no longer working.

I'm so sick of this app going to a blank screen! Once it does this I have no choice but to uninstall& reinstall. This may seem like no big deal but its became weekly now so its a total pain! I've tried to force close the app also hoping that will work but nothing will. You open the app&see the peoples bank logo then it goes the a complete white screen where you would normally see log in area! We have been thinking of switching banks because of what little PB offers...now I'm even more ready!!

What is going on. Have had this app for several years. Was set up with six digit code to access account. Then few days ago that disappeared and had to use log in and password. Just used app today worked fine. Now it tells me my app is incompatible and need to update. Go to playstore and there is no update. Have unistalled and reinstalled but still says incompatiblešŸ˜ šŸ˜

This app is probably the worst app I have ever installed on my phone. it barely works without shutting down. Its 9:30 am and I've been trying to check my account since 6:30 and still cant get in. And dont try calling a branch. Getting through to an actual teller without having to leave a message is a miracle in itself. i keep saying Im switching but never take the time to. People's is a joke.

Extremely poor user interface. I've been enrolled in mobile banking for years now. For some reason, every time I sign in on my phone, it tells me I have to enroll. I go through the whole process just to view my account balance. I have to do this every time I log in. It's a huge inconvenience.

An app like this is supposed to improve convenience. The majority of it security comes from the fact that it's on a private device, behind a fingerprint lock. Despite all this they still make you log on again anytime you want to do things in the app. It's super frustrating to use, and since I've registered complaints about this before and they're obviously not going to make it better, I'll tell anyone new to the bank just go to chase, pnc, etc before you invest time here.

I loved the app until the most recent update. I hate that you cant use your pin anymore to log in as well as the finger print option is always checked. I tried using finger print but still have to type the password out. Frustrating. Please go back to the pin.

I love the new PIN Logon, but after using it 3-4 times, the app won't open. It just shows a blank white screen. I have to uninstall and reinstall, which I've done 3 times now, and I have another white screen yet again. This is beyond irritating.

Same issue as everyone else. Get maybe 5 logins before it goes to blank screen. Uninstall/Reinstall. Lather/Rinse/Repeat. Even had a People's rep call asking about which version of software my phone runs... week later... blank screen. Quit saying you're diligently looking into it, when 2 months out of the initial issue, it remains unresolved. Just say you no longer care about the customer experience and we're better off going to another bank. Or FIX THE APP.

Very unhelpful. If you put the wrong password in more than twice it locks you out until you call customer service and most the time the password I put in was correct and labeled my phone, which was already verified, as suspicious. Peoples bank is not reliable in my opinion. I closed my account because they were letting someone else withdraw money from my account with no identification now I'm out at least $3,000 and have too wait for the police dept too take the case.
