Something is going on with the app for past few months. The Pay My Bills screen shakes and moves when trying to use. When entering amounts to pay the screen enlarges and you can't see all the info. It used to be great but something is definitely wrong.
Every time I go to deposit a check through the app it crashes. Uninstalled app and reinstalled it with no change. Using Galaxy Z flip 5G with all recent updates through Verizon and Google play. Talk with tellers at branch office and was told they would reach out to IT but it has been over a month with no answers. I like the online experienceI had I with People's but I am considering moving banks if this is not addressed.
What happened? Used to work great. Now, crashes everytime trying to deposit a check. When on "paybill" screen it continually expands then you can't see half the screen. I have deleted it, then reloaded and it still does the same thing. Running on a Samsung S21.
I had never have an issue with this app. It's efficient, easy to use and when I communicate with the assistants they always answer as soon as they can, willing to help, without any problems.
Aweful app, I have a galaxy s9 and it always crashes and freezes. I out in my correct pass and it tells me it's wrong and locks me out. I will be closing my account today 100 percent that's for sure. I can't do business with a bank that refuses to do the same with me
This app is horrible. Why on Earth do I have to answer security questions EVERY TIME I log in?? The same thing when I use the website. Extremely annoying. I called to ask about this and their response was "Well, that's because it has a high security score right now. I know that sounds confusing but...". Are you serious?? Thank you for the help!
The only complaint I have is that no matter what I do to the sound settings on this phone or my old phone, the camera shutter sound for the mobile check deposit option is insanely loud. I like to do mobile deposit when I'm at work, but I can't because the camera shutter sound can be heard a mile away even when all sound on my phone is off.
It stops working out of nowhere...unenrolled out of fingerprint ID for login in and it crashed. I was trying to replace fingerprint because it wouldn't log me in. So I logged in with user and pw and it just crashed after unenrolling from the fingerprint method.
Love the fingerprint log in when it did work. Its seems a little hard to do some irems definitely could use improvement , just DON'T get rid of the fingerprint login.
Great but watch deposits !!!! make sure when you do a deposit you SAVE the check and look at the active deposits to ensure it got added... sonetimes it LOOKS like it was accepted when it was NOT... you will never know it was not accepted!!! but i yse this every day so i am aware... NOW... So then lost a star..??
Keeps crashing when attempting to do mobile deposits. Really frustrating.
Asks for my security questions everytime I log in and makes me call customer service the first time I make a mistake typing it in. if customer service is closed, I have to wait until the next day to check my account unless I can access a computer. This is the worst banking app I've ever used. I am switching banks because of this.
Garbage app from a somehow even more garbage bank can't help unlock my account that it repeatedly locks me out over security questions that It asks every session even tho my answer are correct!! I use 1 device and can't wait to discontinue my banking here if you enjoy access to your finance's whenever you want seek other banking options I wish I could give 0 stars
Very useful. Check your account activity. Option to turn off account. Many more useful features. Try it.
I'm still getting to know how the app works but so far very good. It's really easy to understand. Hoping it will be like this every time. Definitely recommend!
Fingerprint login would be much more convenient if I wasn't asked to answer my security questions every single time I log in.

Can't login with fingerprint anymore. I have to go around that login to password login. Annoying!!

I like it easy to use should make a little more fancy and better appearance and it's always crashing on me when I log in

I loved it. Had this app, It was there, mobile. Now gone, can't get app to down load for me, disappointed! can someone help me????
My only complaint is the new update takes away the ability to see the previous month transactions
Since the Nov 2021 app update, every time I attempt to deposit a check the app crashes on my Samsung. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Restarted the phone. Been to multiple branches for help with no resolution. I'm moving my business accounts to a new bank because it doesn't make sense to have to drive to make a daily deposit. Five months is more than enough time to correct the issue.
