Almost every time I use this app it wont log me on, just sits there and loads. I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it, just so it works once or twice before it crashes again. This issue happened alot with the old app and just started with this one a month or 2 ago. When this originally came out it was actually a pretty good app, shame because ide give it a 4 or 5 without the crashing problem.

Very poorly designed. The back button on Android devices cannot be used to go back in the app?? Very sluggish response times, and frequent failure to connect errors round out the negative aspects of this app.

Mobile deposit is useless. Check photos are dark and unfocused. There's no way to focus and no amount of light and backgrounds help. Deposits fail 100% of the time.

Ever since I have starting using the app it has made my day to day routine much easy the app has no problem so far specially when I want to track my expenses and current status of my accounts. Excellent app

Maintenance is more like Break-enance. Everytime they have maintenance, they say you might have issues with your card for an hour. And every single time, you can't use your card for anything for the whole night. This has been happening much more often lately and for much longer. What exactly is the point of having a card that doesn't work?

pretty good. simple to use. however can show payment and transfer processings slow sometimes. it makes the numbers jumble so I recommend a checkbook.

Today opened my mobile application, with assistance from your representative it was trying for me but she was very kind and stayed with me during the prosses, extending her my gradation, im not very tech savvy at 71 years old but now have success, thanks for being my bank. Please never stop the person to person assistance it is always a pleasure dealing with a bank that is as helpful as Peoples Bank, I've been a member since 1984.

The app is great but the bankers are better. I have been with this bank for years and never had a problem. All problems have been taken care of in 1 call.

I mostly use the app the check my balance and keep track of my spending. Love the finance feature that categorizes what you buy. Very helpful.

It was a bit difficult to get started but I absolutely love it now! My husband and I share an account so it is wonderful to be able to have access to every transaction so there is never a question of where the money went! Thank you for creating such a wonderful app!

Cannot login to the app. I deleted and reloaded the app and after the first time logging in it just keeps trying to load. A real pain the in ass.

At first, it was difficult for me to get it down, especially the bill pay segment of the program. Donna, the Assistant Manager at the Bel Air, MD branch was and is (always) very helpful. Mostly because of Donna and Anna (the head teller,) I find myself VERY pleased with Peoples Bank and am always happy to tell others about how much I appreciate Peoples Bank. you guys rock!

I love this application. Very easy to used . And I get notice if they will be changing anything ahead of time. I rate it a five star because I love People's Bank.

Terrible. Mobile deposit takes way too long. I've seen other friends mobile deposit through places like First Capital Credit Union and have the funds available within seconds, while i wait nearly 4 days for it to even start pending

Always need to be sent a "secure access code". I've registered my device and it doesn't seem to matter one bit. Terrible app.

Great app, matches the people who work in the branches. Does what you need quickly and efitiently. Love it.

works great and I rarely have any issues whe. I do it's usually during a maintenance which is expected.

This app rarely recognizes the endorsement it tells you specifically to write on the back of the check. NOT okay with me!!!

Great app. Would be 5 stars but I liked it better when I could categorize everything.

I've had a few bank apps and this one is my favorite and has given me overall the least problems while granting me all the conveniences I could imagine for online banking

Everytime you turn around their always updating or doing maintenance. Don't allow me to use my card of update my account information

Great access but there is no deposit check function. Really makes life difficult during Covid19 lockdown

app barely ever works. need to reinstall now every time I want to use it. mobile deposits are painful now too.
