App is fine. Pep Boys service is less than honest. Either the lie and tell you stuff needs to be repaired when it doesn't or they simply don't know much about cars.. both aren't good so either way I'd recommend you not use them or their app
Needs alot of work. Only tells the service department about oil changes and tire rotation. I set up an appointment for a oil change and transmission flush. They couldn't do it because they didn't have the mechanics and it only had me down for a oil change. Needs alot of work.
I want parts, not schedule an appointment for service. This a horrible app and doesn't help at all. Need to become more like AutoZone app.

Fill out registration and still can't sign in bc I don't have rewards info.
I can't give it a 5, not because its bad but because it can use improvements. Mainly what i would suggest is more auto repair options. It only gives you a list of 5 things to pick and lets face it not enough options there.
Service only. If you're looking to buy parts from Pep Boys go to the website not this app. This app is useless.
I do NOT want to schedule a service. I'm trying to check my account, my points, rewards, whatever. Doesnt give me option for that at all.
The purpose of the app doesn't work. I scheduled an appointment and then when I got to pep boys was told they don't have my appointment and can't service me for two weeks

Its only to schedule services. App doesn't offer a search and able to order products.
Convenient feature to save my appts directly to my devices calendar.. Only problem is it never appeared on my calendar.
Cant access site for my info. Cant login even after password reset and new email cant access info sent to old email for info confirmation appt.b being disabled need to make simple not harder
Kill not load. Useless other then to schedule service. Info not always received at store for appointment
This app has no redeeming qualities
It has zero functionality, doesn't remember you, and the store gets no record of appointments you make. Don't bother. Shameful!
After I used this app to make my appointment. I arrived and found out that the store did not have it. It turns out not all of the stores are connected to this system. I was told I would have to wait for the 5 people in front of me to get service before I could get my truck in. I called pep boys customer service and all they said was did the store manager ask what other day I could get it done. Very disappointed that you can schedule something and then the store not even honor it.
This App needs help. It freezes, forgets your information. Constantly RELOADS. Takes to long to search ..
I want to buy parts, not schedule a service.
You've changed it only allows you schedule an appointment. What happened to the original app?? Have to go online to find special deals and what's on sale. Makes twice the work for YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Worst app I've ever used
I should have read the reviews before creating an account and using the app. I made an appointment using the app after the mobile website simply didn't work only. I picked a supposedly open slot for later the same evening. Only to be told at the store that they do not do same-day appointments. This a common issue in other reviews. I giving this 2 stars on the off head chance that this works in future. I'll make my appointments by phone thank you.
