It is slow to open. Very slow. It's always being worked on. It is not very friendly or flexible. It's outdated and very limited. The reason I got it and most people was because it was free. I need somerhing from the 21st century. I will be switching soon. It seems to follow my normal sense of worth, "you get what you pay for."

02/03/2022 Huge improvement! Easy to use and everything works. ----------- I've tried paying my bill twice on the app and received a payment notification but neither time has it shown up on my account. Have tried to reach out to customer service but no response.

The app can be used as a guest but I have been unable to sign in with my account information sibce the app will not accept the same credentials that allow me to ligin to the website. When I try to select "lost my password" I do receive a 5 digit code to enter but the app never stops refreshing to show the screen that accepts that code. I even updated the app but that did not work either.

Can't use without an attached account (Already Registed with your Phone Number) I'm not the Electric bill payer so I don't have a reason to have access to that... yet I'm the tech savy one... so because of PEPCO I can't submit a Power Outage report... that's really stupid!

I signed on to this app to program my thermostat. I clicked on each menu at the bottom, but the only real functionality I found was the ability to change my password. It appeared I couldn't even pay my bill. But then I accidentally clicked on the current amount I owe, and that's where I was able to locate the other functions. That is patently ridiculous. The app either needs to alert people to that fact - or better yet - fix it so that the usable page is right in the front.

This app is ok it could be better, much better, it's slow as hell booting up and loading up from page to page. Also I wish it had the same functionalities as the thermostat. Example if the thermostat has any hold on it as in temporary hold or permanent hold you can't adjust the temperature from within the app, you have to go back to the thermostat press run to unlock the hold. Which means if you leave from home and you forget to do that then you just have to come home to a hot or cold house.

This app is slow and takes way to long to boot. It also sometimes have an issue with the payment saying it can't take the payment....this is crazy

Good App for doing the essentials and controling your thermostat... I Really like the way it tells you what your bill is right now, how much of that you've spent so far, and what the projected total cost should be at the end of your billing cycle so that you can regulate appliances accordingly and budget for your end of month payment... Great features...!

All of a sudden this app stopped working altogether.. The error message constantly reads that their is no Wi-Fi connection, but yet I am sending a reply in reference to this failed ad flawed PEPCO APP!.. Remember the old adage. "If it aint broke than dont fix it" SMH ☹️ Therefore I have no other choice but to rate this app with 1 Star, just for your efforts.. So please bring back the functional and working application.

The old app was bad enough. This takes incompetence to a new level. You only get half of the screen to program your thermoatat. The app is slow. Now I cannot even program my thermoatat. This carp-app only shows half of the screen.

I tried to pay my bill on my cell phone (first with my debit card then bank account and it would not recognize). So I had to wait to get home on pay on my laptop. Pepco is the worse with their app. It's always something wrong. Again paid my bill 7/7/20 and pepco ALWAYS take 3 to 4 days before your acct is updated ($0 or new balance).

The new update is awful. Can't view full page on my phone. Called Pepco and they said I'd have to use my computer to view the full page to adjust my thermostat. This is unacceptable. The previous version of the app allowed me to manage my thermostat from my phone. Pepco needs to fix this now.

Pepco has a terrible app and system. Most of the time the app has no Idea about payments you have made. Additionally, when I moved and tried to transfer credit to my new home, it took over a year to get the credit to show. Pepco is horrible.

Can't no longer pay online without being charged. Used to be able to pay by check online with no fee but now there's a charge. Download the app and OMG it's so difficult to get through as a guest just to pay a bill. Tried to register but it states it doesn't recognize my telephone number or the last 4 of my social. STOP FIXING WHAT ISN'T ALREADY BROKEN! What was once easy to pay a bill online is now difficult. Smh

Hands Down - Worst App on my phone! The main reason to have the app is to be able to control the thermostat through wi-fi. Every week, PEPCO conducts site maintenance at some random time so you cannot access your account to get to the thermostat for HOURS & then, there are days like today: login to the app and the whole option to "View Thermostat" has been removed. I've dealt with it for like 4 years but I'm done. The tiny savings they give is not worth the crappy app. Buying a NEST TODAY!

I don't understand why you will not allow autopay with a credit card! You are the only utility company that doesn't allow this... Get with the times pepco AND stop wasting money on paper and mailing, so why am I paying a "convenience fee" for online paperless payment. I should be charging you a convenience fee.

I can't pay bill online with new system. I have to pay by phone. System is terrible. Makes it difficult rather than simple. It lists my email from 15 years ago. System doesn't allow me to update my information.

Hello Pepco's app is user-friendly and very easy-to-use especially if you're NOT computer literate. It takes less than 5 minutes to pay your electric bill even if you only want to pay a past bill and NOT your full bill.

Worse app ever. Went to their website to pay my bill and spend more than an hour trying to pay But didn't work. I put my account number more than 15 times and they didn't recognize. I was so upset and also pepco need to get rid of that speedy pay cause it costs extra money.
