The app uses 210 designated marketing areas in place of the 19,354 incorporated US towns to record IRS-required "place / location" to substantiate overnight travel for tax purposes. For example, a stop in Joliet, IL will be identified as Chicago, IL.

Why can't i cancel this app
I love the app. Did not realize how much I was losing as a regional driver. Have recommended to several drivers I know. Saw the billboard on i-70 in Missouri between kc and columbia.
Looks like a good App Google Play Store presents this as a free APP but you set up a profile it informs me that you have a subscription fee after 30 days . What's the deal?
There's no way to edit this app if it denies me my deduction. Also, it closes the "day" at 2:18 PM (Eastern). There's no way to change this.

Image handling on expenses is basic. Image is save as a .png or .jpg instead of .pdf. there is no crop tool, and import image will only go to picture file folders, so scanning with another app won't help. Tiny scanner app gives a good cropped image, but can't select the file. The challenge for per diem works great. Reports are generated in excel spreadsheet format, but pics are not sent poss due to size of pics.
I had the 30 day trail. In the morning it would tell me I did not travel 150 miles for that day, and asked if I was on a trip. It also asked even tho I did travel more than 150 miles. Now that my trial has ended it kee poo s popping up to subscribe. I close it and it pops up again and again and again.
Not worth the effort to go back and add in everything from before I got the app. Mostly deleting because they can't be upfront with the cost. Had to comb through a bunch of negative reviews just to find out it's $10 a month. I can do what this app does on a calendar and a calculator for free. I probably wouldn't delete if they weren't so shady about the price.
This is what I've been looking for, for a while now! Need to place an edit or correction setting for days when you're traveling on the road. I wouldn't pay any money for an app that sometimes works and other times it dont.
Update: it does calculate the per diem like it says, but it still needs some work. Would love to see a way of entering in the days manually. Also would like to see the time that the automatic record be set to a later time
Like it so far. A few bugs but alright customer support. Dont let your battery run down if you have this app though. If the phone turns off because of the battery your trip that day is voided.
Give 5 stars, easy to use. Makes keeping expenses and per diem simple. Great customer service.
Why would I pay for an app with such low ratings? I don't know how it runs and I refuse to give permission to bill me until it is free.
Good concept, but not worth the price. Found the app to be annoying with its notifications. Also, if the app makes a mistake there is absolutely no way to correct it not even by contacting support. Manual record keeping is more cost effective and accurate in my opinion.

Trying to reinstall and it's not allowing me to. Great customer service, a few bugs for us regional drivers out Monday through Friday but I'm sure they are working to resolve this issue! ;-)
7.99/month is high for what it does. Also you have to watch it to make sure it's "automatically" running or it doesn't log anything. If I have to babysit an app that charges this much it's getting CANCELED. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. THIS APP IS NOT RELIABLE.
