last time i give 1 sta now i give two star cuz its fix when i have problem to open..now problem again cuz everytime i open its say the server is busy.you cant login..please fix this app problem

after updates pop up. the app doesn't work!!! fix system occurred error!!!

Only 2 choices to upgrade app..uninstall or open...i opted for open..it doesn't open..

This app can't open even I repeatedly uninstalled and installed in my phone.

I can save thru their ATM and I can access thru this App. Nowadays, its New Normal, everything was digital. So don't waste your effort so hardly, why not download and use Perahub's mobile App for your convenience also. Giving them 5 stars! Kudos!

I am giving 5 stars for this app. It really made my receiving/sending money through international remittances so easy, fast and no hassle. Their costumer care service attendants online are very approachable and responsive. It didn't take 24 hours for them to solve the problem i've experienced from their app just today. I suggest, better contact their costumer care service first by sending email about the errors and bugs or some unexpexted transactions before posting rates and negative comments.

I love this app! Remittance and bills payment are now hassle-free. The UI still has stuff to improve on, but overall I find it very useful!

I was pleased and satisfied with the features of this app and I was most impressed on how it can send and receive money in convenient way that the customers wish to have. May the app grows even more. Padayon PERAHUB!

User friendly app, advantage to have a Pera Hub card for I can send and receive money thru western union online no need to go to WU branches, very useful for my cashless purchases, and so many more services. Mas pinadali ang mga bagay bagay lalo na ngayong pandemic.❤️👪

At first was fine ever since my phone updated to android 10 it won't work and crashes.. Can't even open the app. Tried uninstalling and installed back so I can access my pera hub account and yet still can't

Works good. But peso 180 na Lang. Not 150. And I saw so many reviews. Some people confused to register. So in the 2nd last section the app wants customer ID number. Which is not the driver license or any other ID number. That customer ID number you can get from any Pera HUB branch. Or u can get it from any recipe which u get from pera hub. Don't try to put your alien registration card or driver license etc. Don't be confused like me. I did this mistake also.

I am trying to input my customer id but it always says Error Invalid customer id. Kindly look into this and fix it. I was able to create an account but my customer id isn't recognized and I can't proceed.

i received the money but not added to my current balance... it's already 24 hours but still the same... very poor service... hassle... because i badly needed the money... already checked my atm card still the same balance... where did my money go? please fix this issue.... so irritating...

A lady from your branch already gave me username and told me bout the password and how to change it. I downloaded the app and all filled in accdg to her instruction but its says incorrect and didnt match .Do something this is unacceptable.

i always emergency transaction i cant use my account cuz the app just saying they sent the otp and i dont eve receive it. At first this service is easy after a few days i cant login within 1 day or days!!!
