Since the app has changed I'm not very fond anymore. Its hard to get points and takes too much time!
Too many hurdles and conditions to earn points. Ridiculous.
Great to earn rewards but stuck on how to earn them different ways
Kinda lost!!! It doesn't tell you how to actually get these points, plus it said it was giving me points to start with, well it didn't give me the points! Also, can't see the item details!!! I tap on the item but it doesn't show it's details or even what it is!!!

If you have more than 1 person on your account you have to go through a act of congress to access my perks. Which I still have not seen. because you people will not let me. You need to change this immediately or you will be losing my business. It should not matter if I am the main user or not I pay my bill and not the main user
I think loyal long term customers should receive great deals on phones and rates due to staying with Cspire through their many changes over the years. Seems new customers get better rates on plans. Not cool guys. Points should not expire either. Kind of ruins the loyalty we show.
I have always thought that companies should REWARD long time customers. After you get off your initial deal they should give you a bonus for ALWAYS paying on time. Boost mobile does that. I bet the never have late customers. However companies make a shitload of money on late charges. That's free money to then they have done nothing to earn. All they have to have are a bunch of irresponsible customers that are always late paying the bill. It adds up fast. I do love the quality of the service as well as my new Samsung phone S5 cant give a 5 yet. I love the app but the rewards have taken away customer survery and inner circle so there are no ways of making points anymore except with time and when you pay your bill. BRING BACK others ways for customers to get points. How about posting reviews for C-spire on other sites or Facebook post, Twitter....there are all kind of ways we can earn points while upgrading Cspires online image.

Just for being a customer you get all this, plus this awesome app to manage your points 24/7 without question. I was with another carrier for 2 years and never got that kind of appreciation; it really "pays" to choose CSPIRE! Thanks CSpire!!
The layout is a little sloppy. On my phone (HTC One) everything is kind of condensed and smooshed together, making it hard to read and navigate. Connecting to Facebook won't really connect me, and now it won't even let me fill in where my name goes. Every time I go to check stuff in the app, it links me to the web. What's the use in having an app if it takes me to my web browser every time? So yeah, I like the idea, and I'm going to definitely keep the app, but it badly needs an update.
It seems to be pretty cool. I like the app. They really need to work on their customer service and Web site. You can't even view your bill details. When I called to ask the rep she didn't know either. She then referred me to a store for everything that I asked about. Not helpful at all.
Its an ok app just too hard to collect reward points for what you get. I will NEVER get $10 off an item much less anything else. I've been with cspire/cellular south prob 20 yrs and only hv 1100 points.
