Perfect Money

My account seems to be very vague, slow and unhelpful. 1. I can't create a BTC account. It says 'I have exceeded the number of times I can create" yet I don't have the account. 2. The only currency available on the exchange rate calculator is only USD and EURO. When I try to select another account, the app collapses. 3. I would like link my "MPESA" account to this app for my deposits and withdrawals, but I can't find it? 4. The customer support option on the app doesn't work.

I have been trying to upload my proof of address and all they kept on saying is that my resolution is poor. I have re-scanned alot of times and sent them high resolution pictures but they are never satisfied with the resolution... Their app is outdated and too simple for a large company like this. Their contact support is wack they dont really adress your problems. Stay away if you don't want problems.

So far I haven't pass verification. It takes days to get a response from support and days to complete verification. I submitted an electronic copy of my utility bill and they keep telling me to submit a clearer copy 2 times over a four days period. Then I pushed back and on the 6th day that is when support is saying they don't accept electronic documents I have to first have it printed, stamped by the issuer and or sign. it's too much. Every online platform accepts my POA except perfect money

I can't access the website. But if i use vpn i can access it.....is perfectmoney still available in bangladesh??? Also when trying to sign in using the app capcha doesn't show....capcha doesn't reload.....

The app is practically useless compared to the website, the site also needs to deal with whatever problem they're having when it comes to approving proof of residence, I've spent this entire week uploading the same picture as proof of residence but it keeps getting declined. I honestly don't how clear of a picture do they really want...

Hmmm... seems there's a lot of technical issues with this apps. It pose a huge amount of danger to people like us who could not afford to loose even a dime!!!;The review from people who poineered the download is discouraging. Am even scared to us delve into the use of this wallet.

Perfect money app is not fast as the website is. It also give error when we pay through app. It gives "your device is not connected". I ask developer to make app more fluid and reliable by removing all the small bugs experienced by users here. Thank you

So far the app has been good. I have been using perfect Money agent to deposit and withdraw. But I want to know how to deposit and withdraw on my own without the perfect Money agent.

There is always error that i can't login with my passed member id but I don't know which passed id because every account has a single id. I request developer to help me in this regard.

Worst experience on Android application, On web browsers perfect money is usable but on Android devices its app is useless. You cant enven do any transaction on Android app.

Turn to scam with their credit exchange program, they create and verify account to scam people money then delete or unverified this account; they allow scammer taking honest people money, since I opened a ticket about my lost money, I never got reply from them and the concerned accounts are suddenly unverified; I am sure that admins are part of this scam. Stay away from Perfect Money if you want to keep your money safe, better to move to other payment solutions

So basic app for such a big money transfer company. We cannot check transactions in detail. We can just see a list of transactions but non clickable, to check every transaction details we have to login through web. No payment receipt we see after any payment. No account details in app.

Spammiest app I've ever seen. You can't even type your member ID to login because the keyboard will automatically switch to numbers. An absolute disgrace that looks like it was made in 1989.

I give this app a zero star. Everything about the management is bad. This is the only place where your money is not secured. Anybody leaving a large balance in their perfect money is taking a big risk. For those who are not aware; Your money is not safe inside perfect money. Even workers not interested in helping you recover stolen money says a lot. Never leave an amount in your perfect money balance for too long as it is bound to be stolen. Always use up the balance in your perfect money.

THIS IS A VERY USELESS, STUPID, IDIOT, NONSENSE AND ANNOYING SITE. THE DEVELOPER IS TRYING TO MAKE THE APP MORE SECURE, AND THATS WHERE HIS MISTAKES STARTS FROM. WHATSOEVER YOU CLICK ON THE SITE IT WILL REQUIRE YOU TO RELOG IN AFTER YOU MUST HAVE LOGIN, AND NOT JUST THAT, BUT YOU WILL STILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR VERIFICATION CODE. INCLUDING DEPOSIT, I WANTED TO DEPOSIT MONEY AND IT KEEPS ON ASKING ME TO RELOG IN WHICH IVE DONE MANY TIMES AT A MINUTES STILL AM NOT YET TRUE WHIT THE DEPOSIT.

Very useless and bad service. And face any problems not respons the support team my all e wallet. Experience in the very bad app is perfect money. Don't West time and money. Saddenly block your account lost your money and after blocked account is not responding.

Just a matter of one hour, the deposited money is gone and they are saying I am a victim of phishing. Meaning security is poor. If there is a Negative Star. Then, this Application will get Negative rating for Sure. Perfect Money does not fit at all. It's a loss of Money. Customer Support are also useless.

Nowadays the captcha can't be loaded and you can't login without captcha. I think the app needs update to fix this.

This one of the worst app ever created in the history of mankind. It looks like the app has a lifespan. It selects those who can login at times. The scammers have blocked my money in their scam app. Even the site availability is 54%. Asking catcha as if it was an email service hahahahaha. Upgrade. U make millions but you can't upgrade. What a wicked and crafty CEO.

This app is total rubbish. Couldn't imagine registering an account nd cannot access. My access code was interrupted by someone else in registeration process. Its really bad.

It's kind of complicated to use.. And if u forget the password hard to get back why don't you just ask for secret code or pass the password to rest from email.. Simple and safe things attract more clients
