Perfect Viewer Donation 2

Though there are overlapping (When I open a File 3rd party, app attempts open Startup choose) or missing options (Sort by Type, Sort Folders seperately, Back to Parent, Album or Exit) and is mostly dedicated to comics this makes a great media viewer. Bugs: 1. There is this weird thing where if I open one extension, I can't scrollI to or skip other files within the same folder. 2. For GIFs if I change the image smooth filter some GIFs run to fast & some okay (Is it possible to detect based on resolution & file type so gif & static images have different filters)

I have to update my review. I used this app for years on a Samsung Note 12.2 tablet, and for years with the PDF plugin this app has made my job a breeze! It displays large 500pg pdf storyboard files faster and better than anything on any platform. The vast options allow me to fine tune it for my needs perfecrly. Recently I upgraded my early 2014 era Note 12.2 to a Galaxy S7+.... and perfect viewer blazes faster than ever on it! Even BT button support! Hats off to the Dev! Your app is a godsend!

Been using the app for years on my Samsung S3 and liked it, but this last update has put a red read mark on all of my comics I read with this app. When I clear the red read mark off it does go away but comes right back ie. I clear them go and read another comic exit that comic and all the red read marks that I had cleared from all the comics are all back it is very irritating as I would like to see the covers.

So far after initial set up this has been a great app for viewing my comics. The only thing keeping this app from 5 stars in my opinion is the author hiding features behind a pay wall but calling paying for it a donation. It would be more honest just to say there is a paid version instead of claiming it's a free app but you can't adjust some features unless you "donate".

Fast, and reliable

This may not be the most elegant looking comic reader on the market at the moment, but not only is the most configurable out of the bunch, it just simply renders the images the fastest out of anything else I have tried. There's just no slowdown at all, where there are plenty that do for whatever reason.

I didn't really care about any of the features that come with donating, and if I didn't see this as an option on the Play Store I probably wouldn't have ever noticed there were any to begin with. I donated just because it's a really good app, and the developers deserve a few bucks tossed their way for supporting it. It's understandable not everyone can donate, but if you like the app and a few bucks lying around, there's no harm in supporting the developers that spent hours working on this for you!

I just wrote a glowing review that exceeded the maximum review size. So instead, I'll just say that I've tried all of the Android comic apps (all the ones with free demos, anyway), and I find Perfect Reader better than any of them. ComicRack was good, too, but Perfect Reader is lighter, faster, and - to me - more intuitive. How much do I like it? I snagged a Google Play card gift card for the express purpose of buying Perfect Viewer as my first paid Android app. And that is for an app that has a full-featured free version. I did it to support the authors of a very good piece of software.

I love reading cbr files from humble bundle and this is easily the best application going for that. Utterly customisable, detail options if you want them and I had to look to see if I could give them money instead of getting beaten over the head with adverts.

You've got one of the best apps in the store - now make one for Windows! No PDF/Comic reader has a better touch interface than yours - Windows touch devices need this. This is my second donation. Keep up the fantastic work, though I can't see much you need to add, unless you could more fully optimize scaling (don't know if it's possible). Perhaps allow better arbitrary margins - I often read multi-language opera librettos and just want one or two columns, each page, easily. Would replace Acrobat pathing.

As a manga reader I'd put it as equal to ComicGlass on Apple Store. I'm seriously sorry if there are other developers that have made a better manga reading app, but I have been using this app for the last 3 years and it has not failed me. This is my second donation and it gets better, because I've now installed the PDF plug-in and it works great for me than other PDF viewer/readers. I would like to support this developer, simply because he/she has made its full features available for FREE, for wary consumer

I love this app! It's been on my "must install" list for several years and even though it's free, I want to support the devs. I missed this app while I had an iPhone.

Im loving the auto-color feature! It spices up the reading experience, hope there's a customization to this feature in the near future. And for others there's really no difference between donation 1 and 2, maybe just to express your love for the app?

Best comic reader I have used. I find proper comics hard to read due to the text size but using this has helped me carry on reading. Great app!

It's not the most simple image viewer in the app store but is the best in the market in terms of functionality and navigability.

Doesnt disturb your carefully crafted file structure and subfolders resulting in chaos like many other comic apps. Crazy degree of customization. Just plain works!

They let you have it for free and then you decide if your gonna support them or not. I bought both there donation downloads. It's also the best viewer out there. Awesome.

Always been a fan of developers that give everything for free, with no catch. Would've donated $20 if I could've. Though it's a bit weird that some features of the app still won't activate, saying it's for donated users only? Well those functions aren't crucial anyway...

The solid and brisk behaviour of the pdf viewer is well worth supporting the developer. Adobe and FBReader are slow or outright hang where PV keeps on going.

I have loved this app ever since I found it and have no problem giving money to such a great dev. Always fast with updates and quick to answer queries. Long may you continue to update this great app.

I use this app more than any other on my phone and tablet combined. I thought I would be gaming a lot once I bought a smart phone -- nope. Thanks to this app, all I ever do is read manga.

It's ok but it does not work w/ Google Drive. It says "Not found" when opening zip file from drive app.

Been looking for the perfect comic reader out there and I think I finally found it. And believe me, this app's free but still better than most of the paid apps out there! Decided to donate to the developer for a job well done! 👌
