PerFee Online Shopping In Bangladesh

It's a great app and I was very satisfied with my first purchase but now I cannot make online payment via debit/credit cards for new orders anymore. It only says the transaction has been declined. I have also emailed to the support mail address. But no response. Hope you will fix the problem. Edit: Hello PerFee, thanks for your assistance. My problem has been solved. I could place my order. Good app tbh..but no way to contact with their costumes..they have a Facebook page but the message option is controlled by chatboot which is very annoying.. whenever I ask any question they replied with an email address to contact them.. I sent an email and still didn't get any reply 😣.. I also can't play the lucky draw and I messaged on their page but I found nothing helpful..

very bad experience. ordered one item and they delivered another item. wrong delivery service. after that i try to contact with them via email, app(inbox), messenger, but they didn't respond. hope you guys solve my problem as soon as possible.

I ordered a USB cable. The quality is excellent. Delivery was smooth and fast. But there is no option for providing reviews. Can you please consider this issue to add review option on your app? I think this will help people to shop more comfortably. And yeah you are better than daraz in terms of delivery and quality. Thanks. :)

Harassed by the courier service!🙄 but their packaging was good,,it was just an ornaments, but they sent it cautiously. Impressive! But apps might have some bugs! I saved some products,so that can buy it afterwards, but lost and can't find it anyhow 😣

It's really good app but if I check for a product to select and then again want to go back to previous pages from where I started,the whole list comes from first not from where I was scrolling down

Do not install this app. This app can steal all of your data, information from phone. This app wants access to contact list, SD card, Camera, Files, everything. Need to file lawsuit against such Ecommerce app that doesn't need those app permissions to operate normally. Even, they say that this app uses on demqnd authorization and threatens the user! Really? Why the hell do they need contact list access? They are behaving like Pathao who theft user's contact data! This is too much!

Worst shopping ever.Ordered a product, after 1 month they gave that product to delivery man but due to rain delivery man refused to deliver the product that day. Next day I saw that product was canceled automatically. Perfee customer support told me to place that product again then i reordered same product again by paying this time,,another month is almost gone, there is no sign of my product. Even I found another product incomplete from them. Will never order any product from them.

I really used to like Perfee. Their products are good. But I'm uninstalling the app because of their unprofessional customer service. The lady who I talked to while solving a problem was super rude, unethical and harsh. The problem was caused by the delivery team of Perfee who forgot to put one of my products in the box. Lastly to Perfee team, please hire better people who have knowledge about how to speak to customers, otherwise the customer retention rate of your company will fall.

Horrible service, actually no service i did not receive any products my money was deducted from my account and then the fun started. I ordered in total 5 products, from which only recieved 1 product and the other 4 were auto cancelled without any prior notice to the customer. I got a call saying that my money will be refunded, well it has been 4 days no luck reaching them or any form of refund. Its possibly a huge scam!!! Horrible experience

Extremely user friendly and organized app with professional interface. Lots of variety in products. Very easy to get amazing products at home with simple ordering procedure.

Mostly this app provides products in reasonable price. Their products quality are average mostly but sometimes they do offer good quality product. Only reason I'm giving it 1 star because sometimes the products they deliver are so bad in quality and if you give bad reviews on that matter instead of fixing or trying to improve it they just simply deletes your reviews which is completely unacceptable. You're spending your money here, not to receive below average quality products.

Worst online shop ever. I ordered some dresses and its been 3 months I didnt receive my order. And now they are trying to keep the money too after I asked them for a refund. Worst online shop ever. I would never recommend this app to anyone. And I also recommend everyone of you guys seeing my comment to never use this app. Daraz is way better then Perfee is.

Great app.But some of the sellers should be very much careful about packaging.Due to poor packaging, one of my orders' product was totally broken so I was quite disappointed at the first glance.Otherwise it's a good app.One more thing they should be concerned about is to keep COD service available for almost all the products because buyers like me can't go through online payment due to some critical issues.Media sharing option on chat should be added as well.Hope they will fix it asap.

I'll think of the order but the situation that I can not believe in anyone. There is no problem with more than taking good but provide good product. Looks like you very well ... first of all others are good. We want you to always be good at the time of the time ... we want it to be known as a trusted, ideal and long-standard. Do not want to get the cost of expensive. Size that the price of the product that is worth it is to keep it. And become the best of all.

I did shopping twice from here & just like the first time, my experience is again quite good, I would say now even better than the previous one! This time my products were delivered the very next day of order placement, so fast! Satisfied with the product quality & I even got 40 taka off from total amount by using PerFee coins. Thank you for the amazing service. I will definitely recommend this app to everyone. Very trustable. They provided me cash on delivery service, I live in Dhaka btw.

Totally unsatisfied. I ordered a sunglass worth of 1136 taka and got a really cheap quality one which is almost damaged. therefore it was written in product description that they'll give a free sunglass bag but there wasn't any bag in the package. You have to look through this case, I'm willing to return this product.

PerFee was good few months back and now it has become more or less like Daraz with high price on chinese products and more local sellers has taken its place with same quality product available in market with high price tag. Also I have noticed search system not working properly, and there are more cosmetic items than electronics and tech gadgets

Please give us the previous version. This version is really hard to get 🙃🙃.I think there previous version is adapted by daraz, That's why I am using that now. But I really miss perfree. Please give us the previous system. Like Flash sale system and many more things and The Prices are little bit high now😭😭😭😭

Horrible experience. I ordered two products and paid them in advance from Bangladesh. But after few days they cancelled my order. And everyday they are saying they will refund soon. But its almost 20days, they premised to refund in 15days. What kind of service this is? I was really happy that finally i can buy products i want but this is just horrible now. Loosing my trust. Edit : after sending them email, they immediately sent me my refund so I'm happy about that.

Worst online shop ever.Me and my sisters used to like this app a lot.We did a lot of shopping from here but recently they are making mistakes repeatedly.They delivered wrong product that too almost 3 month after placing the order and yet i had to pay the delivery charge..This is not the first time they did that..It hapened before too.Uninstalling it.Disgusting 😡😡

The pricing of the products are too high! And the app is claiming discounts. And they are increasing the pricing and then giving discounts! And the final price is also high. Useless shopping site.

terrible app. the photos they show and the products they deliver are just like South and North! most of the products are overprice. it consumes so much data. so, if you are using mobile data then stay away. worst worst worst.

Horrible So I bought a product from this site I paid the full amount in advance and then because of Corona even after three months I didn't get my product so I cancelled it the cancel was successful but I didn't get my money back i mailed them but they ignored it.... I don't know if they should this to everyone

Can't open my account. Whenever i try to verify the code it shows error or expired.I tried to login with Facebook. But nothing happened.Please fix the bugs.
