Performance-Tweaker is a simple app for tweaking:

This App need a Root. if you want to use this make sure your phone is rooted. it works very well with my rooted phone. i can overclock or underclock my phone performance. overclocking is very usefull for playing games. nice work.
This app work really well. NOTE : PLEASE ROOT DEVICE FIRST otherwise it will not work. This app does what it does say but don't go overboard or your phone might reboot in middle of the game like me. But other than that very stable.
BESTEST APP EVER!! 100% WORK! its really speed up the phone to the max performance and the change is really effective! 5 stars, good work!
Good but not best i think it is just nothing without lspeed its improve the performance but every time i have to it (performance ) in place of powersaver .Yet it worhty to download
I was using this app and tryed to run gta sa ps2 version with aethersx2 emulator on a 3gb ram tablet but over clocking just don't seem to work sorry.
It only works when you do not use device Otherwise frequency can be maximize whenever necessary. It should work as you set parameters. Good

Looks good but the ad has GPU settings but the app doesn't allow changing GPU...
My device is rooted but the settings don't change, even after rebooting twice.

Very good app for boosting CPU clock speed. Although the app does not overclock, it forces the CPU to run at max speed. My phone is now very fast and smooth. Thanks.
