Period Diary

The update might have made it look more modern, but functionality has got much worse. I want to see exactly how many days my cycles have been over the last year, or two etc. And the log was perfect for that. With it being gone, calendar is useless, and the main screen also doesn't give much info. Hope it will get the essential features back soon. Otherwise, I'll have to switch to another app.

I've used this app for a few years now and it worked perfectly and was so simple to use. The app underwent a recent major change, which at first was temperamental. It's since resolved but one of the features I found useful is no longer available. This was the separate log. Which you could view separately and add to or adjust. This is no longer available. Your can view your history in the calendar. However not see a separate list. I preferred the old style app.

Wish I could give it 0. Used this app for years and it was perfect. The most recent update has ruined it's functionality. It's confusing and not user friendly-this is coming from someone who works in tech! When I opened the app today to add that my period had started it was frozen. I tried restarting the app several times. The rest of my apps are working so it's not my internet connection or my screen. Really wish I could get the old version back or at least my data so I could find a new app.

I've used this app for years, at least 7, before the flower version. This has to be the worst update/rehash. I have some really important info and no ability to download it or email it anymore. It's difficult to navigate and not customisable. I hate seeing the smudges for period days, and a flower opening for ovulation. Sorry if that was your best idea yet. I'm using a 2nd app but this has my history. It also was fab for the graphing of cycles/periods. I could easily see my body's rhythm.

Update is terrible, wish I could give 0. I had used this app for years but the recent upgrade has turned me off completely. The interface should be changed immediately- it is not at all user-friendly like it used to be. Honestly, it is simply not legible.Basic functions such as calendar view cannot be easily understood. Editing cycles or adding/deleting info is proving impossible no matter what I try. Don't bother until there are new upgrades. I will happily delete this review when that happens.

Used the app for years. I liked its simplicity. All of a sudden without warning it changes and now there's awful cliche flowers in my face. So over the top its a turn off. Yes it used to be pink but this just reminds me of grandmas house how its cluttered with junk and floral everything. It's too much. There's so much extra stuff now. I used to just click on the day and minimal options appeared. Now its like everything but the kitchen sink.

I had loved this app was easy to navigate. However with the last update it has been challenging to figure things out. For instance the calendar section I cant figure out what the different colors mean. Also, took me a few days to figure out how to add the start of my cycle. I don't mind changes, but I feel there needs to some kind of guidance and explanation.

Edit: Maybe a got a little carried away on my last review as I miss the old 'PD' icon. It was a very thoughtful detail keeping it discreet that way. I just love how simple and functional it was. The new update just makes navigation challenging. The design looks complicated it discourages me from exploring other functions in fear that I might lose my saved data as its confusing. Maybe the update was a necessary 'business move' but it surely disappointed a lot, if not all users. Goodluck I guess.

Amazing App! absolutely spot on every single month. The ovulation calculator is also spot on as I'm now 5 weeks pregnant and definitely owe it to this app. It can take a few months to get the absolute correct dates but that's to be expected. If you make sure to log exactly when you start and end your period after a few months it's totally flawless.

I have had a great experience until this new update. I can't even click on anything, the screen is unresponsive. Another review by someone else said they no longer accommodate irregular periods and automatically assume your cycle "status". I have a very irregular period and do you know how hard it was to find an app like this???? Now years of my data is lost if the front page stays unresponsive and I'm so upset. Why am I being excluded from using these apps because of something I can't control?

I dont like the new update, I understand that things have to "been with the times" but I simply liked the old version. It was simple and easy to use, espically when adding notes which by the way i don't have now... and the new features just don't seem right for someone who's slightly bigger than most and is trying conceive without all the "be healthy, eat healthy" being forced down your throat.

I hate the new update! It's nothing like it was before and it's so confusing. The "descrete" name (P.D) is gone and has been replaced with the full words. I miss the cute and fairly simple layout from before. I'm sorry to say but if you wanted the app to look like this maybe ease into it or ask the user's first, and you definitely should have changed the exmple images. (EDIT) Scrap all of the above, I can't even open the app now.

I absolutely hate the update. I rather would it count period dates and cycles instead of only cycles. Having to open the calendar to see the start and end dates is very inconvenient. Others may have thought the previous version was clunky but at it was straightforward and at least you had a legend for what each icon meant.

I happily used the app for years. Since the recent update I am no longer able to enter my data. I log the correct dates but when I go back to view them, I find the app has changed the dates for some reason, & it won't allow me to edit & correct them. I also can't turn off the fertility tracker thing. As of today I will be using a different app because this one doesn't work anymore.

I used to really love this app it was so easy to use and easy to quickly view predictions etc. But now it's really hard to determine what they predict as your next cycle starting point of endpoint is very confusing. I really wish they would make a quick update to simplify the calendar and predictions.

I had previously rated this as 5 stars but this new update has completely ruined the app!!!! Completely confusing and unwarranted! It automatically says when you are and aren't on your period based on averages, but for someone with an irregular period at the moment it just makes things really confusing and frustrating!!! The old app was perfect and so intuitive and useful, this one is terrible and useless!!!!!!! I really hate this app now and I'm gonna have to find another one!!

Worked fine before. Now it wont record new dates. It also has glitch where it automatically puts july 31 2018, and even if i delete it, it keeps coming back. Update: i reinstalled it like you said and signed in ny data. Glitch is still there. I tried to delete the 2018 log again, and it still keeps coming up after reopening app. Will start to use different app while you guys are fixing the bugs. Will probably comeback to this app because ive been using it for years and is easier to use
