Lost 9 years of data thanks to this app failing. App says it can't connect to wifi, though I'm connected. Won't sign in through Facebook. Won't let me reset. The company should have updated the app to keep up with the changes. It's not like that couldn't have been done from home. I have nothing to show my doctor to back up my request for a hysterectomy. She wanted to see 2 years worth of information and now there's nothing.
I've been using this app for years and loved it on my previous phones, but when I downloaded it on my new phone, it would not let me sign in or even create a new account. keeps saying I need to be connected to Wi-Fi.. Well I am connected, and all my other apps are working just fine. I wish I could sign in but I guess I'll have to find a different app :(
I liked this app until I couldn't access the forums anymore. It keeps telling me I have to connect to wifi or a mobile network but i am connected. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it didn't help. It also doesn't save your information if you get a new phone and re download the app. Very frustrating.
Didn't use it for a while, then tried to log in today, and it tried to tell me my wifi or data network needs to be on to connect. They both were. Even trying to uninstall/reinstall didn't work, nor attempting to create another account, same message every time. What happened to you Pink Pad Pro? So disappointed.
I love this app and have been using it for ages, it is extremely simple with no ads, but with the last update I have been getting an error "webpage not available" despite using wifi or the 4g with my phone plan. I have also contacted the support email here, but it came back to me saying its invalid email. it's unfortunate, if it doesnt work by my next cycle I will have to switch to something else.
Not Connected to WiFi? I've used this app for a number of years, and I seem to not be the only one with the same issue of attempting to log into the app and being taken to a screen that says "Please connect to wifi or data", but then nothing happens. I can't reset my password and like so many others, I too have lost my data logs. I even paid for the Pro version and now I can't even use it. I kind of want my money back...
Used this app FOR YEARS and now can't log in because of "internet/wifi connection issues"? Neither of these are an issue! ALL of my data is being held hostage by yall.... at least let me log in and retrieve it before you lock me out!
I've been using this app for years and even paid for it. I got a new phone and now it won't let me log in. It says that the app is in the developer stage and I can't have access. I tried emailing the address provided and it bounces back as undeliverable. What the hell?! FIX IT!!!!
it'd be nice if it actually let me log in, it just keeps saying not connected to the Internet or wifi. I've uninstalled and re-installed with no change. I don't understand if this app uses storage space, why I have to be on wifi anyways, but I was connected to qifi, the whole time
This has worked great for years, but recently the Forums have been inaccessible. I peep getting the "no connection" message. I have both data and Wi-Fi, however am still unable to connect to the forums. It's pretty disappointing.
Absolutely loved this app! The only, period tracker app I have and had used for years. Was very sad to see alt12 close down :-(. Stop leaving negative feedback, this app by alt12 and all other alt12 apps have closed down! Getting messages of not being connected to WIFI/ internet, is because this and all other alt12 apps are no longer available. The device you installed this app on, should still work, as long as you don't update!
Had been using this app for 3 years. Great until I tried to login from a new phone. Even with a good connectivity it gives a network error message and you can't login. This is frustrating.. Developers need to fix this asap!!! Won't advise anyone to install this app.kindly try other app options..
I have been using this app for a few yrs now and I love it. Easy to use and does what I need it to do. One thing I'd like to suggest is with the weight and temp tracker, be nice to see the numbers out right instead of just a graph. At least show what we put in so we have a better idea. But overall a good app
I've used this app for over 8 years. I recently got a new phone, and now I can't Login. The error message says I need to connect to a wifi, but my wifi working. I see others are having this same issue. This needs to be resolved ASAP!
Been using this wonderful app before 2013 & continuously have. I love the app. Would rate it with 5 stars, but since upgrading to new phone can't sign in to my Pink Pad Pro acct. keeps giving me an error that says must be connected to wifi or cellular data service...BUT I am connected to both yet it sas I'm NOT!!! I bought & paid for the Pro edition of this app. Not happy that I can't sign in on my new phone, & paid for this app (1x on iphone & 1x on android phone). Plz fix this problem Thx
I've been using this app for years. I get a new phone and update my apps. It loads but doesn't connect,keeps giving error about wifi. Which is not a issue. Please fix the issues. I need this app.
Great app. I used it for years before it was defunct. Very sad to see it go! To all of you giving the app 1 star because you're having issues, the app is no longer functional because the company (Alt12) has shut down their apps, maybe even the company altogether. I guess it would be a good idea to removed it from the app store, though.
Used this app for years. Recently changed phones and will not let me sign in or create a new account, apparently not connected to data or wifi... Such a shame as I found it really reliable and even purchased the pro upgrade

It was the best when I could use it. I just got a new phone and the app is giving me issues. It keeps telling me to connect to wifi, so I did, and it continues to request wifi. Please fix this. I have years of use and info on this app that I would like to retrieve.
having issues....i got a new device and trying to sign in and keeps telling me me to connect to WiFi or cellular data......im using cellular data and i still can't sign in.....ive tried several times for the last week and same thing......where i live we don't have wifi to even try that.... shouldn't give option for cellular data if you cant use cellular data

Once good but not do much anymore. I used this app for many years until I got pregnant last may. I just started wanting to use it again now that I am no longer pregnant but I can't log in no matter what I do.. seems I'm not the only one who has an issue either. stinks as I lost all my data from previous years and I paid for the pro version
I've been using this app for about 10 years and I used to love it but a year ago I got a new phone and I couldn't access my account it said network error. I just created a new one now I have another new phone and can't access that account either it says network error. And now I can't even open the app at all. When I try opening the app I get a message saying sorry but you have to be atleast 18yrs old to access this account.

I have used this app b4 2 pregnancies and I got a new phone and it won't let me log in into my acct. It shows I need to b on wifi or data. But when I do what it is says and it still shows the same thing. I love the app but it's making me mad. So they don't use this app anymore? Mayb I will get a response from the makers of this app.
I've been using this app since 2013, when I got a new phone this app wouldn't work. It says I'm not connected to network and won't let me log in. Nearly a decade of lost data. I'm going to find an old phone to try and recover some of the info. Definitely disappointed that the developers didn't keep up with this.
