never really had any major issue until recently... in december i redeemed $45 in points to b added to my Perk Plastik card ive had for nearly 2 years. the transactions still show processing. no funds added. i have contacted support at least 1/2 dozen times to finish the transaction or refund the points with no response. attempted to add another $5 yesterday, no funds added, still shows processing. what does a person have to do to get help. I even sent a tweet & a facebook . VERY FRUSTRATED!!

i have been building money on my perk plastik card, and yesterday, i had an issue redeeming $2. contacted customer support, and they resolved rhe issue in a day! Definitely great support, and worth the bit of time it takes to save the points up!

EVERY update they continue to take my card off and suggest I order one. I've emailed them EVERY TIME. When the app is updated on your phone the app on the play store will still look like the old version.

I don't know what happened but ever since about November of last year perk wallet and viggle has not worked or reflected thr correct information. i can't even use viggle anymore. why purchase a company and then make something that worked into an interior product?

I lost my phone for a few weeks and when i got a phone and logged in all my points and tokens were gone. i submitted a request for them to be returned. i would change my review to 5 stars i love the app but im sooo upset all my points and tokens i spent 3 years working to get back were all taken away. please return them im really really upset.

I take back what I said about perk. It just took a lot longer than I thought for them to respond but my tax situation has been taken care of. My funds are no longer Frozen and perk customer care did come through for me although it took a little bit longer than what I thought. But they did exactly what they said they were going to do and I am very appreciative and I apologize to perk wholeheartedly for sending so many emails. Thank you guys so much I really do appreciate it God bless you guys

I Don't like it anymore. Ever since they took out Perk Plastik credit card out of redeeming perk points. If they brought Perk Plastik credit card. I would keep it.

Beware of these crooks. Whatever you do do not get their bogus discover card. There is no live customer service and their email support is useless. My card has been hacked twice and funds stolen twice and they do nothing. The 2nd time i hadn't even activated the card which leads me to believe they are the ones stealing the money. Keep your point and just redeem them for GIFT CARDS

I ordered the Perkplastik months ago and the card NEVER WORKED and the phone number is disconnected...okay fine. Wrote support to put my points back to use for something else it's now Jan 24 and still nothing. Dont waste your time... :(

When I login it says close this window and shows my photo. Yet there is no way to.close the window and my points show but it shows blank photo and account information making it unusable. Please fix.

I have watched almost 10 ads. And i never got perk points added to existing points. Bt i get a toast " 1 perk point added" dats all.. Waste and nw it dsnt even load the ad to watch

my perk plastik card stopped working so I contacted support they never got back to me I have $40.00 on my account I can"t use. I lost my card so they told my I could order a new card for 4500 points so I saved up my points to order a new card and now when I try to order a new card it says user not found I contacted support again and they never got back to me and marked my support ticket as solved.

Take off the your perk session has expired because now I can't log in to Email it only has Facebook and I logged in using Email only.

ever since the wallet app was updated I have not been able to convert my points to my plastic.

I'm having trouble connecting my paypal but all other cash out methods are great!

worst app i hope theres zero ratings so i can give them zero. i did a lot of points then they cancellled all of them. Fraud scamminh people

if so many people are having a problem with this app scamming them why has someone on the app store not resolved this.

Is this app permanently shutting down after December 1 or will it be back up again and running with a different update to the app?

I got the plastik card and tried to move 8800 points to it. They took my points but never put the money on my card. I have reported it to support repeatedly and don't even get a reply. Can't even get them to give me my points back so I can get a gift card.

Doesnt allow me to redeem any gift cards. Saying that my number isn't a number. When it is. Getting really upset cause I been trying to redeem a gift card. And it doesnt allow me to on any gift card. Also doesnt allow me to redeem paypal or get the perk plastik. I want to know why is this happening? Why cant I redeem or get an perk plastik.

You really need to update your app for bugs & errors

I cashout 5$ worth of perk points and still haven't receieved it....

it's usually a great app but sometimes has troubles

App update removed the refresh button when in the wallet, please take a look into that

Not the best perk app but def adds to my points!!
