I had purchased food, in-person & online, that added up to a perk but when I wanted to add my points to my account & another time to redeem a perk, the clerk told me the app wasn't working at the same store. I see others are having the same issues with different businesses. This evening I had finally collected another perk & had used it but I didn't have time to put my phone# before they completed the new order. Now I think it's lack of options to add points afterward &/or poor training or ...?
I would say that the app is nice to use for storing my receipts, accumulating points and the special rewards that are offered. What I do not like is having to log into the app from my phone when I want to use my reward points. If clover has my account and phone number registered and saved, why would I also need my phone to log into the app to use my point rewards. It feels like an extra unnecessary step for me...
Love the seamless nature of the app and it feels good to be able to support small local business. Keep up the good work!
It's useful to be able to order from some of my favorite restaurants from this app. However that's where the usefulness ends. The rewards programs don't function. And a lot of restaurants that use this service don't know how to best provide a good experience.
Work with restaurants to add food options when there are set options to choose from. Currently you can only add it in the instructions. Resubmitting a previous order on Android doesn't retain the instructions set in the previous order. IPhone it does.
Easy way to order and get points at my favorite places! The one thing I dislike is that my rewards are hard to redeem a lot of times. It's frustrating.
Needs work, better in-app Walk-through and Tutorials explaining app functions and how NOT to lose money by sending the wrong coins to this app. Just Clarify things and simplify it "for Dummies"! Thanks keep up the good work!
Cannot claimed the buy 10 drinks get 1 free deal. Used for sharetea. I collected 10 drinks and then pressed the redeem. The app keep saying my drink won't qualify for this redeem!! I tried all drink items (from cheapest to more expensive, which it shouldn't matter) and it won't apply that buy 10 get 1 free. Do not use.
Super easy to use and it remembers my previous orders and still allows me the flexibility to change them up. Plus my rewards can applied easily. Saves me so much time.
Love my experience with the app and Jon Henry General Store. The flowers I got were beautiful and half off the regular price.
Like the app and the discounts. It would be nice if the app would automatically update after a purchase like it says it is supposed to. Two years now and I'm still doing it with the receipt.
Often had errors when trying to submit an order, very frustrating.

I got a new phone and now I can't log in using my email I have always used every time I click the link to verify my account it kicks me out. I lost all my hard earned points and now have to start all over and use my phone number! I'm not happy st all with the app.
It's not easy to change your phone # & email. I missed $10.00 credit & when finally fixed I had ALOT less points & had to start over. I had 75 points, bought 3 boxes of food, after $5.00 credit only got 20 points more??? That seemed ALOT less points then It previously before my phone & email was changed?
Cant recover password when switching phones. Lost a lot of points and had to start over with a new account. App doesnt show local stores, just loads blank pages. No way to view my current points unless I add a new receipt. Not even sure I will be able to access my freebie once I earn it. App is very cheap and cant say that it actually works. App needs to be completely rewritten as it currently has basically no functionality.

Extremely easy to use. Gives great deals just by checking in at stores which is just hitting one button. Def recommend using.
This app works pretty great. The only problem I've noticed is sometimes when I select a place it makes me check in a second time
Works pretty good so far. I order my food and walk down and it mostly ready for pick up. Adaptable when making special requests for sandwiches.
Absolutely love it, I use it at the vape store I go to. I get a free bottle of e-cig juice after you reach a certain amount of points. I've been using this app for about a year now and recommend it to lots of people!
Too many options and not organized, it would be organized if some of the options or should I say all were actually readable instead of some words not showing up
Easy to use and quick check-ins. Earning points from shopping at my favorite places was never so easy.
Can't even sign in! Never got the codes and after trying several more times I never even got those. Now I was given a too many codes message l, then an error message! Wtaf😡
Great idea! The checkout flow was awful. Not sure why they need my phone number and email. Adding my email ended the order i was in the middle of, removed the payment method i added, and i had to rebuild the order. This was my first time using the app too. This shouldn't happen to first time users...
