Fantastic app so easy to use instant e voucher is brilliant. I used scan as you shop at Tesco once I had finished my shopping and had my total went on the app brought a voucher for the exact amount needed. I received the voucher instantly and and paid for my shopping no hassle at all. I will now use it every time and will save about £200 over a year.
Really useful. I get discounts on almost every big purchase. Plus the support center is amazing. Easy to reach out and I always get the perfect resolutions.
Perks work well, but the app is incredibly slow. No joke! A good 10 seconds to even load up the main app. When I reported it, they tactfully blamed my phone. Inexcusable.
It's a useful service as it provides good discounts and it can be helpful with money saving. I wouldn't call it easy to use though, as the payment process can be complicated in a lot of cases, but in some cases it will provide a simple discount code. The app itself (not unlike the web page) is laggy. Personally, I have an issue with staying logged in as well as it's logging me off even while using the app, but not sure is it an overlooked bug or a wider issue with the service 🤷♂️
Lousy customer service, as an employee being asked to use this app I have found them to be terrible. They pass the buck back to my employer because the app is reported as insecure by Google. Uninstalled.
Great idea but please work on these things: Very difficult to navigate the app. 'Find perks near me' doesn't work. When you view a perk then click back, it takes you all the way back to start of search and you have to search and refine all over again. Not many refine options either so you still have a massive long list to scroll through. You can't refine by type of offer or amount of discount either. Under 'perksgo' there are no refinement options, just a huge list. So frustrating!
Works fine but it's quite slow to load up. I wish it stored vouchers on the app so you wouldn't need the browser. And it would be nice to keep track if the voucher is used up. If you buy multiple vouchers (for cinema, for example) you have to mark each one as used, no option to mark them all at once.
The app is fine, didn't enjoy the change where I couldn't find my coffee vouchers. These reward programs seen more like marketing ploys than something which is truly beneficial, there is also a lot of work involved in researching and choosing and linking, for the actual value of the benefit. Hence I'm opting out
I've been trying all night to purchase a Good Guys gift card but the app freezes at payment screen. Please fix the app so that benefits can be accessed
A bit slow loading asda vouchers otherwise Vouchers are delivered instantly. Great app for saving you a few pounds. 👍
Great App, loving the perks! However every single time I open it and select "Perks" I am instantly logged out. And I then have to go to my password manager, because this is apparently the only app were autofill doesn't even recognise it having fields... It makes it incredibly frustrating when going to use a perk in a store as you have to ask the staff to wait a moment while you faff around to get your perk.
Nice and easy to use
I'm having a payment issue and up to one day to respond isn't good enough, specially with it being Friday. I know it isn't the bank as I've already talked to them. So, the issue is with perkbox and all I can get from the error is Oooops.... Very informative.... Perhaps writing some code to pass back a useful error could help... Its making for a very frustrating 1* experience.
Some good deals and I'm always using it for the cinema however I rarely look at other deals as you have to sign in everytime, if you look at a deal and click back to the menu it signs you out again, if you come off the app for a moment (not closing the app) it signs you out. Crashes too much.
Super buggy app. Selecting location filter does not always work and if you view a perk then go back to the list, it resets to national. Would help also to list state and suburb below the business name and use company logo as image instead of the same stock image repeatedly.
Theres a lot of visual faff in the way of getting to the offers I want. Also, favouriting an offer that resets every month (like movie codes) doesnt take you to the refreshed version of the code, it leads back to the code you used when you favourited the offer. The update notes are always worth reading though
Used to work well and has now stopped and just says error. Using android. No website to use instead. Been like this for months now and thought that's long enough to wait. Dont bother downloading until someone can be bothered to fix it. Other people had same issues as me as can be seen
Recently started using the app and so far seems really good with what it offers but I'm unable to redeem anything! It always crashes the app when I click continue. I have seen another person reporting the same issue. Is there a fix for this coming? Would be happy to update the review once fixed
Navigation is amazingly difficult and inconsistent. The app does not respect the Android back button, it just closes the app. Another disappointing ux designer and developer that probably designed an iOS app and ported to Android without any platform consideration
Full of ads. Perks that ask you to pay more than the value of the actual perk. Discounts for things with prices higher than normal so obviously you end up paying more than paying the normal price without the perk.
App is fine. But it seems to need updating quite frequently, and it must be updated to use it. Which is usually when I'm trying to get a perk, and don't want to take time or use mobile data to do so. Please let the app function without immediate updating.
Constantly having issues with logging in and the perks not working. Some of the perks are so pathetic and underwhelming that I don't even bother using them. And many of the perks are 'non-perks' and just a method of getting you to buy something more expensive. Employers should think of other ways of rewarding their employees than this patronising twaddle.
Scammers. If it leads to online store through this app than selling price is basically higher than you visit site through your browser. After discount applied you will end up at the same price that everyone gets. Also it usually leads you to buy more for cashback or for very small discount. There are very very few discounts that actually works and you can use
Always logging out, doesn't remember your password, so whenever you need it, it's not ready to use. Also a nightmare company when you want to cancel their services.
Deals are good and app UI/UX is pretty good, but I encounter "Some sort of error" every time I try to buy vouchers for retailers (Sainsbury's, Decathlon, etc). Please fix!
Pretty bad and perks are not great either. It was buggy, but at least it used to work. Now it doesn't work at all and keeps returning 'There was some sort of error'.
Average at best, but slow and clunky to navigate. Worst issue however it I have to login every time I open it, granted I only it once per month (at most) but really annoying.
Looks like the logging in issue has been fixed. Many perks are the same as you can find just by googling but more hassle to redeem as you have to buy the voucher first (eg, to get 10% off you buy a £100 voucher but pay £90)
One of the worst developed apps on play store. Discounts and vouchers are not too bad. They can be useful at times but the app itself is bizarre.
Looks to be loads of good discounts available. So the product is good. The app is appalling. Extremely poor UX design, difficult to navigate, searching for something of interest doesn't work well, the main My Perks section uses a random icon that doesn't even look like a button. Overall appalling design of the app brings down a good product.
