Trying to get the OTP from past two days. I feel HDFC is having these apps for just the sake of it. They don't care if it works or not. They just want to show we have app for everything (which is not working at all) Did not expect this from the bank who charges the most to customers and is most profitable.

When I click my offer it ask for mobile number to send OTP. But no matter how many times I enter my number which is registered in HDFC, it always shows the msg " can't send the otp to unregistered number" and I'm sure no one gonna take this seriously from HDFC side. If you are unable to support your app remove it from play store.

very poor. could not update the employer details. after entering all required details, asking for OTP but the app could not send the OTP. It reports error or nothing. it crashes and irritating too. i did not expect such a poor app from HDFC bank. it has corporate company dropdown with special chatacters but not allow the company name with special chatacter. weird

The app does not work as no OTP is received. I tried several times. It's strange that HDFC has not bothered to do anything in spite of receiving so many complaints

Worst App... HDCF PUNE WARJE BRANCH employee are more worst... I wanted to update my new organisation detail but they deined to do so... I am using this account from last 5 years. When we visit a warje branch they try to find reasons to avoid their customer... App does not gives otp and nor it works ... Worst .. Pethitic... I hate HDFC ... It's now time to switch to another bank ... This app not even deserve to rate 1 star ... But I do nat have option...

This app doesn't deserve not even one star. I tried updating my employer details, otp itself is not generating. Checked with customer care, they told to visit nearest branch, when I reached nearest branch they told it's not possible to update employer details at bank, do it with perks app only. Which never works. I think it time to shift to other bank rather than wasting time by running behind these guys.

OTP not getting generated.. as i m not able to edit my employer details, bank is changing 295 for 9 years old debit card.. i guess time to switch the bank.. very much disappointed.. there are no action taken by bank, as many has reported same error about app. Since one month

very bad experience, i wanted to apply for credit card, from tomorrow evening am trying to apply but to till now i am unable to do the same because application is not working well, need to fix a lot of problems with this app first time used this and gain a very bad experience

I have salary account with HDFC bank. Wanted to link with my new company so I am updating employer details with this app. but it's not generating OTP. Had tried 20 times but facing same issue and no support from HDFC bank also. Worst app. Totally disappointed with HDFC service.

One of the worst application that i have seen till now, unable to login to it , when called support or personal banker both were unable to help . when i enter my mobile number to login i dont get OTP .

I installed in wifi after the app open with music and message come no internet connection how terrible is it non of the apps of HDFC WORKS.

It is not even opening.. Showing no internet connection..Tried uninstalling and reinstalling..Worst App..Remove it from playstore if its no more working

I have visited Chembur branch for employer updation in account but staff said use hdfc perk. I waist my time to downloaded hdfc perk and trying to update my employer. The error message showing as error in sending Messages..... Worst service

OTP for mobile number verification doesn't work, that means the app is useless, I tried it for whole day that too at different places still it didn't work

Its taking too much time to process any requests.some times requests completed but process bar is still moving.this app has performance issues...it's tooooo slow

Useless app. The app does open, and shows error popup as "no internet" After connecting to the wifi

i have just given my employer details ,to check credit card status ,but exact name is not in thier system ,so i put recommend employer name as per apps ...but without my permission this app had changed my employer name.hope i will suffer my salary just because of this app.its my mistake to use it.pls pls dont use it.

worst App.. I have an Salary Account with HDFC bank.but whenever I want to See my offers,this always shows your mobile number is unregistered.. Very much annoying.

The worst app I have ever seen. I tried a lot to update my employer details, but OTP was not coming after 20 trials also.

unique feature.. opening up app with HDFC welcome tune.. superb concept!! please apply this in all other of your apps as well..

Third class app i have ever used. Please dont waste your time in this useless app. Doesn't work properly on time.

oTP not coming. plus after reinstall, app says you are using refral created on same device. nothing happens further.

A poor app .I requested for address update .It has been more than 5 days , no communication received .

from past 3-4 months i have been trying to make my salary account as zero balance salary account but all the people of hdfc as well as the apps, all are just deceiving I don't know why?

This is a BOGOUS app.. Everytime i try tonopen the app, its says no Internet.. and close automatically.. Pathetic

Worst experience using this application im unable to change even employer details. Not even get help from chat boat.

The most ghatiya app I ever came across, absolutely a waste app.OTP doesn't comes only even after 100 attempts.

hdfc branch people lied to me and made me download this app. It's didn't resolve the problem that I had.
