Doesn't work at all we should have a option to delete certain apps. Everytime I press on a app for permission your yellow graph starts to load and page drops
Nice to see this focus instead of 'bloating' with unnecessary features (I'm looking at previous reviews). AppOp isn't this app's fault (...like: my 4.4.4 has AppOp) and permission management isn't this app's intended function. If you want to take it a new direction, you can fork it from open source and make the changes yourself (a really nice gesture by the author, by the way).
Useful information simply presented, which can be amended by Settings. Gives information on both downloaded and vendor installed apps. No permissions make it special.
Have uninstalled/reinstalled several times, but still crashes.
If your gonna use this and you're also rooted get Xprivacy to disable those info stealing permissions. The Xposed installer has awesome privacy modules to install along side this app.
Great app. Now Google needs to add back the functionality to let us do something about excessive permissions required by apps and block the ones we don't want to give
The app shows you the permissions but does not allow you to change them... Kind of pointless, not much of a manager. Should be called permission "viewer", because this app does not let you manage anything.
The awesome interface makes it a great tool to use along with MyAndroidTools. A+!
Every phone or tablet in the world should install this quiet little app. Ten stars for you! And I bow at your feet.
This app gives the permission facts in a very simple to understand way. Navigation is clear and screens are uncluttered. That said, I will be uninstalling ONLY because my other app, Addons Detector, provides the same info and has some other features I use. If permission info is all you are looking for, by all means, d/l this app!
Menu button no longer accessible on newer devices, apps not ordered alphabetically.
Great you can see what's going on but this app cannot do anything about it, so its of limited use.
Tells me what permissions apps want. Makes it easy to uninstall snooping apps.
Your personal information is only private until it is not. It's incredible how much access we hand over to Apps. Great to be able to view all the permissions in use on the device. Very impressed.
After latest update it freezing after update database. Galaxy s i9000 with 2.2.1 Please fix it!
No ads, zero unnecessary permissions, organized, and informative - exactly the way an app should be. The only thing I would add or change is a way to alphabetize lists to make it easier to find a particular app.
Scans device, then crashes without displaying any information.
This app only show the permissions granted to an app, it doesn't have the ability to change those permissions
Crashes when it tries to update the database on my Sprint Galaxy S4. Works on my Nexus 7.
Really useful app let's you see what permissions apps are asking for and the interface is clean and easy to navigate
Works nicely, simple UI. Just needs a way to search by name and a "Home" command.
I needed to find out which apps had write access to my calendar and this app gave me in seconds what it would have taken hours to find out manually through the Play store for hundreds of apps on my phone.
And doesn't want any permissions itself. Good job
Please tell me how to deny the apps permission with this app
This app show permission app used build on system android. I'ts great and safe app
Does exactly what it says it should. Perfect. No frills, no ads, no bs.
this app itself doesnt require any permission! thats good!
Switched from F-Secure App Permission to this.
This app is lean and efficient. I can't possibly remember what permissions all of my apps have. With this I can look them up nice and easy. I think that sometimes apps sneak in additional permissions during an update so if I suspect something shady is going on this helps me identify what's what. Then I can decide if I want to uninstall the app or keep it.
