Permit Log
Permit log is a cloud based replacement for a paper driving log used by learner's permit holders. No more loosing paper logs, or forgetting how long you drove. You can easily record your hours with the automatic timer or use the manual input. Once you've completed all your hours, you can export your time to a generic or Maine specific driving log form. Everything was fine, and I was really enjoying the app, it was very helpful. Then, my phone slowed down as I was trying to change tabs and I made the mistake of signing out. When I tired to sign back in it was glitching around. I finally gave my phone to a friend after a week and they figured out it was smart lock. They turned if off and it stopped glitching, but then I tried signing in again. It said I had an account with facebook and to sign in. I did so and it said "An error has occured." So, pretty irritated considering I had all of my hours, and now I apparently have none.
Create, edit and print NC driving logs easily. We set up 2 phones using the same email address for login, manually entered records for prior drives, learned how to edit and delete entries, and how to print our logs. We could create life on one phone and edit or print them on another phone. This all took less then 30 minutes. The app seems very flexible so far.
Love the app just wish I could do a few extra things like when my son is driving and night falls and he drives say another 20 min. Wish I could somehow break that up without stopping and starting again. I also would like to be able to keep track of weather so I remember is my son had drove in rain or say sleet. I love this app though! Love that I can put it into a doc form and print it out!!!
Nice tool for tracking hours. I had logged out and wasn't able to get back in. I emailed the support group and they were able to address it right away. I've seen others with this issue and the support team was very helpful. Although the app isn't formatted for every state, you can still export your hours and log manually.
I really like the set up & look of this app. I would give 5 stars, reason I'm not is that I'm not sure that this app really exports your log for you to print out, which is a down if you need to...I didn't though and it was great way to keep track of my hrs. Definitely 4 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
6 months ago I would have given it 5 stars. Now it seems to have a mind of it's own. A 10 minute drive just registered twice as negative 800 hours. Lately it will stop counting. Fortunately we are able to manually change the times.
It's a pretty solid app and gets the job done. It doesn't have my state, but having the custom option made up for it. I'm very content with the app quality.
it won't let me use the app. The authentication is not working and says not registered in logging with a registered account, I am but it won't let me.
Easy to use and to share among family members. Print function does not show total hours driven.
We used this to track driving data for three of our children. I especially liked the multi device support.
This app is awesome! Easy export to PDF and on the form for your state.
I got a new phone and I can't open it on my new phone. All it says is authentication failed.
I love the app it would just be nice if they added a preset for Michigan

Maryland isn't an option as a state

This app did its job exactly! But, it was kind of buggy and the PDF it exported was not able to be used at the DMV I went to.
Tried signing out and then it tries to connect me through Facebook and the app says I don't have proper permissions? Don't want to delete the app because I don't want to lose logged hours, would love some kind of fix
Great app. Just wish I could sort my log by date. (Manually entered some times b4 I found this app and now that I entered them they aren't in chronological order.)
It doesn't even have Minnesota on there
There is no option to pick Michigan as a state
Dont know if it's my gs8+ or some other setting but google security blocked some url so app failed to load. No instructions on fix.
App does not allow me to enter the driver info. I cannot find anywhere that I can do this, even though it shows it in the About tutorial & the screenshots in the play store.
It looks easy however, it doesn't have the state where I live in (which is Michigan). You seem to have forgotten a lot of states could you please fix that. Thank you.
It worked for awhile but them started showing negative numbers. No clue how to fix it
Was logging my son's drive time great but then my phone/app updated and all information was lost. Not sure how to recover the log at this point.
I like this app, but I now need to add another child. I see where I can add supervisors, but not another driver. I need to keep track of two different children, and I would like to do it thru this app and not have to download another driving log app. I see in the pics that there was a way to add a driver, but "supervisor" is in that spot on my app (which would still be good to have! I could both!)
Its a great app but doesn't have Texas as a choice.
This app is great! You can easily modify, add or delete times. Export works great. Suggested features: -Be able to see the overall time in the app. Right now you have to export to find out how much time has been driven. Being able to get the cumulative time between two dates would be great, too. -Maybe because I have no goals set, but I see no way to mark day or night driving. It should be automatic based on location. -Add a widget so I dont have to switch to, or open the app each time.
