Perpay: Big Brands, Small Pays

They charge you 3-4x the price of the item it's not worth it at all. A 30-40$ video game cost 110$ and everything is like that too and that is one of the cheapest items on there. And they also just tried to justify charging me 110$ for a video game I found out I can get brand new for 16$. And the "experience they provided" was super stressful, long, annoying, tedious and all for nothing I might add. Ended up using Zip it worked like a charm first try.

Edit: Upon revisiting I found the error was fixed. And if the range of products expands I will certainly rate 5 stars. Changed 1 star to 4 stars for prompt maintenance and customer service. Keep up the good work. | I simply wanted to look for a new graphics card, they don't sell any. So i looked at what they do advertise. Tried to view some monitors and every page was missing. Bad first impression, the selection isn't worth it either.

Very convenient way to purchase items. Payments are very easy to make and they have a great selection of items with more and more being added. Out of all the similar apps this one and afterpay are by far the best two imo. If you're unsure, make a small purchase with them and test it out. I dont know any of you reading this and usually could care less but when I do see a app or company that is actually "good" I will always try and put a good word out there for them.

This app is awesome. It lets you finance just about anything without credit. In fact, it builds your credit. My score went up 80 points in 1 year. You just set the payment and forget it. And your item ships after the first one. Before you know it, it's paid off. Yeah, the items might have a slight mark up, but they don't charge interest. So that's just their fee. And they're entitled to it. They buy the item for you and have it shipped to your house. And you pay them back in payments.

It's great so far and I look forward to shopping with Perpay again. The app is easy to use from setting up your account and profile to the shopping all the way to check out... No l Not one thing is complicated or misleading... I'm an electrics and gadget lover and the selection is rather impressive which is a big win for me... Because of PerPay I am able to get somethings I couldn't otherwise unless I saved up for about the same amount of time I would get to pay for it with Perpay...

Meh not impressed. App is extremely slow. Selection is good. Also you need to setup direct deposit to make your payments which is just silly, as it takes a week or two for most payroll departments to even process a new direct deposit. On top of that it's another week or two to cancel it, which has you running the risk of paying short or extra if you don't time it right on your last payment. Prices on products are higher than what you would find at your local rent to own places, like Aaron's etc.

I was able to get approved for a good amount when other apps wouldn't. I particularly like how they deduct payments directly from my paycheck! It makes it extremely easy and hassle-free. They are deducting it over eight paychecks so I don't even realize it's being deducted! I would definitely recommend to friends and family and have already.

I love this app app. Prepay has allowed me to get some tools needed for my job that I couldn't afford or get on credit because of my poor credit. They take the small payment directly from my payroll check so no worries about making a payment or choosing not to pay. It comes straight out. No interest accrues , their items are marked up a bit but that's fine without interest it evens out. You own the product when they send it to you unlike rent to own places . I love this app plus builds credit

I don't usually leave reviews but I have to for this one!!! I don't know who runs this company but they deserve a pat on the back🙌🏾. Not only was set up direct deposit easy but as soon as the 40 dollars was taken from my check, my Nintendo switch was literally sent the next day on a Friday 😁 and not to mention my credit score somehow went up, every good payment you make, it's a 1plus on your credit report! Overall experience with this app and customer service was amazing

I am not sure how to delete a prior review it won't let me. But they were prompt in getting back to me on the app issue and now works. I had an easy time ordering and setting up everything. Product is super awesome and I think this is a convenient way to obtain electronics that are hard to get a hold of rn.

I thought this was a scam at first but it's legit. I've already ordered 10 items & it's on my credit report as positive. Customer service could be better but I only had issues with my first item, which was a tv. Long story short, I've been dealing with perpay since September 2021 & I'm completely satisfied with this app!

The app makes it easy to purchase what you want and pay over time. The payment is taken oright out of my paycheck by setting it up. Once the first payment is made, they ship your purchase out. After Perpay gets to know you and you make your payments on time, Perpay will send out your order before you make your first payment. EASY-PEESY!!

The prices on every item are at least double what they are anywhere else. There also isn't very much to shop from. Very limited on items and far too expensive for what is offered.

The biggest bait-and-switch I've ever seen when you sign up they give you a decent amount of credit and then when you go to use it thanks Robert Downer so you need to be re-evaluated I've never had a problem getting credit the prices are over three hundred times the MSRP I looked at a TCL phone they had listed for 7 hundred dollars the same phone is available from T-Mobile or AT&T on straight buyout for 189 and they flood your email I see the next big data breach coming everybody get ready

Recently it was easy enough to use , and also simple in its lay out , on how to navigate through selections of brands and choices of products , but it also has a decently designed sing up option , when you apply for service to use , to make your purchases , I like the this service a lot many people should try, some little things need a little work like navigating through selections a little better and making it more intuitive and fun to use and getting out the little glitches , I still gave it 5

It would be a great app but to take payment from your pay check I don't get. It made me spooked alittle. I am on Social Security Benefits. Every month I receive my benefits direct deposit to my bank. Why can't Perpay just take it that way? It doesn't make sense to me.... That would make the process easier, would it not? Great app if your willing to have it taken from your check. To me, after being approved for my order and then cannot do direct deposit from my bank really disappointed me.

I get having to charge more to make some money for yourselves, but your customers service is terrible. You give people 100 dollars in credit and then don't let them use it in the grossest way possible. I was about to order something and the credit was applied all the way up until I go to pay. That is awful that you'd do that to people. Plus you guys owe me money into my bank account and won't give it to me. If this keeps up and I can't reach anyone or get my money, I'll sue

I used to like this app but it seems like I'm starting to have more and more problems getting info on items I order with no updates I recieved one item but not the other and you have to jump through hoops just to get tracking info if you order more then one item they only give you tracking info for the first item that ships not the others. You ask a question you get one response a day then have to wait to hopefully get an answer the next day for another question. The worst customer service. Ever

I've never used this app but just want to say to all the haters. this company is taking a huge risk by allowing people to make payment and shipping after only 1 payment. They don't charge any finance charge or fees so yes they have to make money somehow especially since the people they mostly work with haven't exactly shown the best in repaying their debits. If you don't like it build your credit and buy your stuff a different way. Miranda this is not a get rich scheme. Pay your bills!!

Only signed up on Monday. Finally got a copy of the veterans disability benefits I receive. I'm glad that I wasn't able to upload because of the errors that happened. App is terrible. If you want to cancel an order a reason for canceling has to be included. If trying to type onthe line a list of preset reasons show up to choose from. My reason was not there. Also after reading what others mentioned about a deposit from a paycheck into perpay account. The only direct deposit goes to my bank

I think that it's a great app for those of us who can't exactly afford to buy what we want outright. The downside is so far my order has yet to be shipped because of the pandemic causing overloaded shipping companies. One thing that the developers may want to look into is as of lately whenever I try to go under the shopping tab I get an error message?

I was approved for a good amount. I have not used it though since they do not offer what I want. They emailed me a form to use to submit products they do not have on their catalog, but they don't check those. I submitted countless forms for items I want but never hear anything. They ask for Amazon links, so I send them. Then best buy, Newegg, and other links for the same thing, but to no prevail. They are just trying to sell you what they want, not what you want.

Great app and a progressive one at that. I hope the economy moves more towards it instead of just basing it off a credit score that 99% of people are hardly able to maintain. Also, gives a great opportinty to rebuild my credit while also being able to get the things i want on loan.

Got to get something I really wanted but didn't have enough for at one time and was able to make payments when I got paid and didn't have to think about a due date. Really enjoy being able to get pricey items when I want. Dec 2021- Still using perpay to get things I want that are expensive all at once. So far I've gotten a Dyson vacuum, 2 televisions, Nintendo switch and games, a nice bookbag/purse, security camera system, car speakers, presents for friends. I love perpay!

Although I don't have this app, in reading through the negative reviews opposed to the positive ones, this is the price we pay when we don't have good credit. It may be a little pricier, but as the developer stated you get the opportunity of buying it now, and paying slowly over time giving you the added benefit of building your credit again. It's one or the other. In a store even if it's $50.00 dollars cheaper, odds are you won't have the cash to buy your item outright either.

Horrible experience, I set up direct deposit (AND THEY RECEIVE IT) only to find out that they cancelled my order and gave me a credit for the direct deposit. I'm NOT setting up direct deposit ask over again to order just so y'all can have another $31.90 out my check.

I love being able to buy something nice and get to pay every paycheck. Less stress on my wallet and I don't have to remember to make my payments they are automatically taken from my checks. Not always happy about items costing more than in store but ill keep using perpay

Made an order two weeks ago. They took the money out if my check but I've recieved no info about tracking and have not been able to get in touch with customer support. Extremely sketchy. Do not recommend. Will be switching to Klarna.

they fixed their mistake. though it was like pulling teeth, eventually all was right. my suggestion, get more staff in order to help more customers when they do have problems / technical difficulties. but the staff that is there worked and communicated very well and helped correct what was wrong

Terrible customer service.. they never reply to emails, and when they do, they don't answer your questions.. i was supposed to be payed off 2 payments ago, but I continue to have a small balance.. I emailed asking them to remove my card and close my account, i was told I had to have a zero balance, but they continue to bill me for 2 dollars, or say I owe 2 dollars.. then there taking 2.93 next payment.. i just want this mistake to be over!
