It just keeps getting worse and worse with every update it seems. Used to work just fine, now around 50% of the time it crashes during log-in. Mobile check deposit is horribly broken, either crashes while taking the second picture or when entering the amount. Just tried to deposit a check for 25 minutes with no luck. Would've been faster to drive to the bank.

Works fine. My only gripe is that the inactivity log out time is a bit too short. Also, I would love to see a balance next to each transaction like my other bank's app has. It makes it much easier to notice if something is wrong, especially when several transactions have been made since you last checked your account. This would also alleviate the issue I have with the log out timer because I usually get logged out while I'm calculating all my transactions! Add that and I'll give the app 5 stars!

Easy to navigate, very easy to understand, intuitive design. The app makes checking balances, depositing checks, and transferring funds very easy. Unfortunately every time I log in my balance is lower. I kind of feel like that's not the apps' fault though.

UX and deployment are buggy at best. Randomly runs into a login cycle where it keeps sending you back to the login screen with no error messaging. Sometimes you leave the app and it locks, and sometimes it doesn't, meaning this app's security is severely lacking. Biometrics no longer work, which also leads to a reduction in security as SIM swapping can exploit this app.

I love ❤ this app...it's bigger and brighter and I love the new look..it really helps.. making it easier to see and read ..it makes it faster to navigate through each transaction step..and the transaction history listing is perfect ...this app is always readily available even when I am out of state...it's very well done..🙂👍

The app works fine but periodically drops me offline before I'm ready to log out. Also, at times when I first login it drops out immediately. It's quite annoying when one is trying to check accounts or perform a transaction. The app is installed on my Galaxy 21 5G and all my other apps seem to work well without any problems.

Not working. Started crashing on log-in after last update, after security update (android) won't login at all. 'Device cannot access the app. Change settings.' There are no more settings to change I tried all of them. Reinstall didn't fix it either.

My android updated to version 12.0 and now it won't let me use this application. "Your phone is not supporting the app’s software." I've searched for updates on the app but nothing is there. I have also deleted and redownloaded the app. I will gladly change my review once this issue is fixed.

App worked perfectly on IOS but I just switched to android and now the app constantly crashes. Every time I try to do a mobile check deposit I'm kicked back to the home screen. Restarting my phone and the app does nothing - it takes almost ten tries just to get through both pictures and typing in the check amount.

I love this app especially quick balance. I rarely go into the bank but when I call customer service everyone is always very, very pleasant. I had a problem with uber eats. They collected a double payment for a recent order that had been paid in May 2021.. Santander claims department was right on the job and I received my money back within a week. Talk about fast and excellent service!!!! Keep up the great work 🙂. Santander will always be my favorite bank.

03/18/22: I've used this app for many years without issue. I recently upgraded my phone to Samsung Galaxy S21. The app now constantly crashes when I try to do a mobile deposit. I uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app, and it still crashes. When the camera comes on and the phone goes to rotate to take the picture, it crashes. Sometimes, a picture is taken of the front of the check and the back of the check crashes it. This is frustrating to say the least. I will update my score when the app is fixed.

I have no problem with this app, it does everything I needed to do! It's awesome I love how they protect me and my money! There was a funny charger on my account, and they were all over it! This app needs a lot of work! Every time I've tried to deposit a check through the app, it never worked. Because of it, I had 2 checks that expired. One was for $15.78 and the other was for $32.25. They were rebate checks. I have biometrics set up and Every other time, I have to sign in using my password. I've had this account for 14 years. I really like this bank, mostly because of the tellers at the Acushnet Avenue branch. Hopefully the app will be fixed soon.

It is ok but a few things are missing, such as : It does not always show your daily balance. It does not show your new deposits immediately. It does not show your loan money that is the HELOC balance Deposits takes days to show or reflect properly on the account.

I had a problem accessing my mobile banking account for a short while. After putting in my user ID name and password, I kept getting a notice that said "Something went wrong". It took several phone calls to different people in the IT Dept including a very nice man named Jason on 4/19/22. It took quite a while, but finally now it seems to be straightened out. Thank you to all the people I spoke to for their patience and kindness. The case number was 11136. Sincerely, Maria Cenatiempo.

The cleanest, most simplified banking app I've ever used for a traditional bank. Everything you need and nothing you don't, I like the ability to do a quick balance check from the main screen and that everything is easy altogether.

The app is freezing up everything I try to transfer money. Yesterday it froze trying to get into the app. It needs major work. I had to go into the bank because the app keeps freezing and I had bank business to conduct. I hope you get it fixed soon as I have been a customer for many years.

Warning! Do not use this app! A few checks that I deposited mobiley showed up as other people's checks. It's a computer glitch that Santander won't admit to! My money never showed up and they pulled these checks because it didn't have my name on it. When I deposited it did have my name but it shows up now on my account with pictures of other people's checks whom I don't recognize. The bank reps are patiently trying to help sort this out, but corporate doesn't care.

I really like this app as I have been utilizing it since I have been banking with Santander. I took a long time before reviewing the app because I wanted to know most of the features I normally use and get a feel of the layout. One particular part of the app that I enjoy is the tip of Santander making sure customers know not to use current balance as a guide to doing business with your account as opposed to available balance info that gives accurate information to deter overdrafting issues.

This app is terrible!!! Why does it make you enter the log in information twice?? And why, when you are in the app using it, does it kick you out before you can finish what you are doing??? It's not sitting idle, I am in there entering information and you get kicked out. It's frustrating!!!!! Fix this issue already!

It's frustrating when I am trying to input information and the system shuts me out because it doesn't seem to realize I'm verifying a billing address. When I log in again I have to start from scratch It's a total pain to have this app FORCE YOU TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD AND STILL LOCK YOU OUT!! AARGH How many times a week is this thing demanding an update??? Annoying !! CONSTANT MANDATORY UPDATES GET IT TOGETHER PLEASE!! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!! DON'T YOU KNOW HOW TO PROGRAM YOUR OWN SYSTEM? JUST DO IT!

This app with recent improvements is much better for easier bill pay, giving a transaction code like the full site,easy statement access for reconciling your account, seeing deposits and withdrawals from the account, and front page balance available.Check deposit has greatly improved as well especially taking the check picture. It does have an issue with printed rebates,however. Removing a star since bill pay hasn't been working on Sunday mornings on Ipad even updated but working in Androidcell.

I dont like the fact that you have to dig to find out when your credit card payments is due it would be better if we could see all the different payments that are made in a easy scroll page Also there needs to be more information about loans like all that happened

My experience with using an online banking app for the first time has been good and bad. It's nice to have quick and easy access to my balances and transfer money, but it has been extremely difficult to use zelle on here. We shoulda been told that we could not send $1 as a Test or it would prompt the app to block the account. It would be nice to have our contacts easily sync onto zelle as we put the phone number in, the name should come up based on our contacts, but it has not been that easy.
